Weekend beach forecast: Stormy, then pleasant

June 01, 2012|By Scott Dance

Once Friday afternoon's storms pass through, Ocean City is in for a pleasant weekend.

Highs are forecast in the mid-70s with high humidity making it feel a bit warmer, along with the sun. Clouds are expected to clear out Saturday morning with a cool front moving through overnight, with mostly sunny skies the rest of the day.

Sunday, partly cloudy skies are expected to return.

Surf became more rough with the passing of Tropical Storm Beryl, with waves 3 feet high and a moderate risk of rip currents.
