Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Pierre Darrel Butler, 25, of the 600 block of Pine Lane, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault, vandalism and making a false statement to an officer.

Lonnie Fleetwood, 35, of the 600 block of Edmund Street, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with driving without the required license and authorization.

Copper was stolen Tuesday in the 1600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

A vehicle was broken into Tuesday in the 4800 block of Atlas Cedar Way.

Prescriptions were stolen Wednesday in the 2400 block of Old Robin Hood Road.

A chop saw was stolen Wednesday in the first block of Pannell Drive.

A riding mower was stolen Wednesday in the 1900 block of Carsins Run Road.

There was a theft from a trailer Wednesday in the 3400 block of Churchville Road.

Aberdeen police report:

Someone was throwing trash Wednesday from a car at Walmart, in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

Someone damaged lights Wednesday at the St. Joan of Arc School office, in the 200 block of South Law Street. The school asked for extra patrols.

A man who was staggering in traffic Wednesday on APG Road said he was almost hit by a vehicle.

A 7-year-old child was hit by a 16-year-old Wednesday at a park in the 400 block of Holly Drive.

Harford sheriff's deputies and state police report:

Bel Air

Jesus Estrado-Ruiz, 34, of the first block of East Kelly Street, was charged Tuesday with failing to display his license on demand, driving while impaired by alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without the required license and authorization, negligent driving, failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions, failure to display lighted lamps when required and attempting to elude police by failing to stop.

Kaitlyn Eden Kelly, 21, of the 800 block of Peppard Drive, was arrested on two bench warrants Tuesday in cases in which she was charged with driving with a suspended license and privilege and theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Joseph B. Hogan, 25, of the 1500 block of Amesbury Court, was charged Tuesday with first-, third- and fourth-degree burglary.

Norman Michael Miller, 42, of the 1100 block of Vanguard Way, was charged Tuesday with unauthorized removal of property.

Kelsey Lynn Ashwood, 18, who has addresses in the 2400 block of Creswell Road and he 900 block of West Saratoga Street in Baltimore, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which she was charged with two counts each of second-degree assault and possessing a dangerous weapon with intent to injure.

A residence was broken into Sunday in the 100 block of Royal Oak Drive.

Items were stolen from a vehicle Sunday in the 1200 block of Agora Drive.

There was an attempted break-in Tuesday in the 1500 block of Amesbury Court.

Items were stolen Tuesday in the first block of Bel Air South Parkway.

There was a break-in Tuesday in the 1100 block of Iron Bark Court.

A mailbox was vandalized Wednesday in the 2100 block of Allibone Road.

Bel Air police report:

Jayson Evan Atkins, 31, of the first block of Lerner Court in Nottingham, was charged Tuesday with being a rogue and vagabond, theft less than $100 and resisting arrest.

Rhoda Marie Stanley, 43, of the 700 block of Priestford Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a cases in which she was charged with fraudulently leasing goods.

Edgewood

People were in a vacant residence Sunday in the 600 block of Hornbeam Road.

Drugs were being dealt Sunday in the 500 block of Edgewood Road.

People broke into a vehicle Sunday in the 1500 block of Charlestown Drive.

A car was broken into Monday in the 800 block of Windstream Way.

There was a theft from a vehicle Monday in the 1300 block of East Spring Meadow Court.

A trailer was vandalized Monday in the 1900 block of Steven Drive.

A residence was broken into Monday in the 1700 block of Crimson Tree Way.

There was a theft from a vehicle Monday in the 500 block of Jamestown Court.

There was a break-in Tuesday in the 900 block of Topview Drive.

A man shot at a cat Tuesday at Hanson Road and Lacewood Drive.

A mailbox key slot was vandalized Tuesday in the 600 block of Dogwood Lane.

A window was vandalized Tuesday in the 1900 block of Harbinger Trail.

There was a break-in Wednesday in the 1300 block of Goldmeadow Way.

Fallston

There was a shoplifter Sunday in the 300 block of Fallston Boulevard.

Forest Hill

Brandon David Bowers, 23, of the 1800 block of Grafton Shop Road, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

License plates were stolen Wednesday in the 800 block of Walters Mill Road.

Havre de Grace
