Trump Plaza Hotel & Casino

Located in the heart of the boardwalk area, Trump Plaza has games, dining and the Plaza Spa, which offers massages and an Olympic-size pool.

Casino hours: 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Games to play: There are table games, including blackjack, craps, Let It Ride and Spanish 21. Slot machines, including Wheel of Fortune and Monopoly, line the floor.

Entertainment: Trump Plaza offers exhibitions, including the Franklin Institute's "Identity: An Exhibition of You" and Beatlemania Now (both through Sept. 3). Buy tickets at trumpplaza.com/entertainment/index.cfm.

Where to eat: Apparently, Donald Trump prefers the beef at Max's Steakhouse. If his thing isn't yours, try the Italian restaurant Evo or 24 Central Cafe's traditional fare.

With a variety of shops and restaurants, the Trump Taj Mahal is a large, luxurious resort with plenty of options for fun.

Casino hours: 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Games to play: There are more than 200 table games, including blackjack, craps and a Baccarat Pit. The United States Poker Championship is hosted in the Trump Taj Mahal's smoke-free poker room. There are more than 3,500 slot machines on the Taj's floor.

Where to eat: Saving your money for the tables? There's the White House Sub Shop or even Sbarro. For those who want a little taste of everything, there's the buffet, Sultan's Feast.
