Dover Downs has a smoke-free casino and AAA-rated Four Diamond hotel with 500 guest rooms and suites. This destination also includes the Toppers Spa/Salon inside the hotel. Live racing takes place from November through April, and guests can wager on harness and thoroughbred racing all over the country throughout the year.
