Glenelg (16-4) had 16 hits and routed visiting Long Reach, 15-0, in a Class 2A South regional baseball first-round game Friday.
The No. 6 Gladiators' Tyler Hoeflich pitched four shutout innings and allowed only two hits.
Logan Dubbe had three hits, including a triple his first at bat that drove in his team's first two runs.
Hoeflich also had two doubles and four RBIs.
No. 8 Patterson Mill 4, North East 1: Matt Golczewski worked seven innings and struck out eight for the visiting Huskies (17-4) in Class 2A East regional.
Atholton 5, Howard 0: Right-hander Josh Martin (4-3) struck out five as the visiting Raiders (10-11) shut out the Lions in Class 3A East.
Atholton faces host Reservoir in Monday's quarterfinal at 4:15 p.m.
Loyola 6, Archbishop Spalding 2: The Dons' Conor Reynolds hit a two-run home run in the fourth inning to break a 2-2 tie and Loyola went on to beat the host Cavaliers in a Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association A Conference first-round tournament game. Bruce Zimmerman pitched a complete game and added two RBIs.
Loch Raven 10, Edmondson 0: Right-hander Adam Boudouris (3-2) threw a one-hit shutout and struck out 10 for the host Raiders (10-9) in Class 2A North. Boudouris also hit a homer and a triple.
Harford Tech 25, Joppatowne 0: Winner Adam Hucke pitched three hitless innings and had a two-run homer in the first inning for the host Cobras in Class 2A East.
No. 11 Winter's Mill 12, Frederick 3: Spenser Love had five goals, Chase Cullison scored three and Teddy Chase added two as the Falcons defeated the visiting Cadets in a Class 3A-2A West quarterfinal. Evan Horn had four assists, and goalies Sam Peters and Ian Baker combined for 12 saves.
New Town 5, Chesapeake-BC 2: Aaron Scott scored two goals to lead the host Titans over the Bayhawks in a Class2A-1A North quarterfinal. Jordan Manns had 20 saves for New Town.
Girls lacrosse
No. 4 Marriotts Ridge 22, Long Reach 4: Zoe Stukenberg scored a game-high six goals for the victorious host Mustangs (16-0) in a Class 3A-2A East quarterfinal.
No. 14 C. Milton Wright 21, Edgewood 6: Sisters Katie and Maggie Gallagher each scored four goals to power the visiting Mustangs (12-4) past the Rams in a Class 3A-2A North quarterfinal.
C.M. Wright will host North Harford Monday at 6 p.m.
