I would be remiss if I didn't note the passing of the longest serving voice for Deer Creek land stewardship. Sensible politics and characteristics of a true gentleman. Monroe Duke was 94 and his beautiful wife, Olga, who predeceased him, were the kind of couple that continue to keep Darlington's integrity intact.
