Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Eric Clifford Ashwood-Cramer, 32, of the 1100 block of Philadelphia Boulevard, was arrested on a bench warrant Monday in a case in which he was charged with driving without the required license and authorization.

Darryl RyShawn Brown, 19, of the 200 block of Mayberry Drive, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with theft less than $100.

Kerry Dwayne Winfield, 24, who has addresses in the 100 block of Paradise Road and the 6200 block of McClean Boulevard in Baltimore, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession.

Shawn Lee Fisher, 34, of the 1200 block of Bryce Square, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Aubrey Danyel Vaughan, also listed as Aubree Vaughan in court records, 33, of the first block of Poplar Grove Avenue, was charged Tuesday with two counts of having a dog at large.

A person was beating on a door with a hammer Monday in the 500 block of Cool Breeze Circle.

People were trying to break into an apartment Monday in the 200 block of Perrywood Court.

A vehicle was stolen Tuesday in the 900 block of North Stepney Road.

Items were stolen from a vehicle Wednesday in the 200 block of Hiobs Lane.

Aberdeen police report:

Sharif R. Stafford, 38, of the 4100 block of Alveston Drive in College Parke, Ga., was charged Tuesday with reckless endangerment, possession of contraband in a place of confinement, possession of a drug other than marijuana, having a handgun on his person, having a handgun in the vehicle and unlawful sale of a regulated firearm.

A man on a scooter crashed Wednesday at Kretlow Drive and Bush Chapel Road. He was not seriously injured.

A TV was stolen Wednesday in the 900 block of Beards Hill Road.

An injured fox was in a backyard Wednesday in the 900 block of Edmund Street.

Juveniles were writing in wet cement Monday at Cross Lane and Timothy Drive.

People were searching in the grass for drugs Monday in the 3500 block of Woodsdale Road.

People were banging on doors Wednesday in the 3100 block of Freestone Court.

Bel Air

Matthew Lee Hardy, 22, of the 200 block of Broadview Avenue, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case in which he was charged with drug paraphernalia possession.

A homeless man was scaring people Monday in the 700 block of Belair Road.

Items were stolen from a vehicle Monday in the 300 block of Bright Oaks Drive.

A window was shot out Monday in the 200 block of Thomas Run Road.

A jacket and wallet were stolen May 3 in the 1400 block of Handlir Drive.

A house was broken into Monday in the 2200 block of Greencedar Drive.

There was an attempted break-in Monday in the 300 block of Honeylocust Court.

Items were stolen Monday in the 600 block of Baltimore Pike.

Cars were vandalized Tuesday in the 800 block of Flintlock Drive.

There was a possible attempted break-in Tuesday in the first block of Hillendale Road.

An iPod was stolen out of a car Tuesday in the 1200 block of Brighton Lane.

A beagle was stuck in a storm drain Tuesday in the 700 block of Burnside Drive.

There was a theft from a residence Tuesday in the900 block of Pentwood Road.

A neighbor was stealing a trash can Tuesday in the first block of Oak Crest Court.

Items were stolen from a vehicle Wednesday in the 1000 block of Alexandria Way and in the 1200 block of Eugenia Way.

A vehicle was vandalized Wednesday in the 500 block of David Drive.

A woman refused to return a dog Wednesday in the 2300 block of Faculty Court.

Bel Air police report:

Spencer Costello, 22, of the 400 block of Harrison Court, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Justin Travis Csillag, 21, of the 700 block of Thomas Run Road, was charged Wednesday with marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession.

Belcamp

A tractor was stolen from a lot Tuesday in the 1300 block of Brass Mill Road.

A back window was shut out with a BB gun Tuesday in the 1400 block of Sedum Square.

A bicycle was stolen at a gas station Tuesday in the 4300 block of Winners Circle.

Churchville

An air conditioner was stolen Monday in the first block of Calvary Road.

Edgewood

Wayne Dexter Webb, 40, who has addresses in the 1000 block of Waterside Court and the 700 block of Mansfield Road in Essex, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, possession of contraband in a place of confinement, drug paraphernalia possession, resisting arrest and arson threat.

Kashiem Jeffrey Lashley, 23, who has addresses in the 1600 block of Ashby Square and the 400 block of Burnley Drive, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault. He was also charged with two counts of second-degree assault.
