Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Christian Soto-Perez, 25, of the 200 block of Plaza Court, was arrested on a bench warrant Friday in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault.

Melissa A. Crilley, 41, of the 400 block of Baltimore Street, was charged Thursday with marijuana possession.

Alma Castillo-Deescobar, 32, who has addresses in the 1000 block of Warwick Drive and the 700 block of Benjamin Quarter Place in Baltimore, was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case in which she was charged with theft less than $100.

John Edward Richard Moore, 27, of the 400 block of Holly Drive, was charged Monday with theft less than $1,000 and two counts of theft less than $100.

Kayla Marie Barker, 23, of the 200 block of Edmund Street, was charged Monday with theft less than $1,000 and theft less than $100.

Allen Ray Larkin, 48, of the 1900 block of Tower Road, was charged Monday with marijuana possession.

A residence was broken into Thursday in the 1300 block of Loflin Road.

Heating units were stolen Friday in the 1200 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

Trailers and a garage were broken into Saturday in the 1800 block of Tower Road.

Shots were heard fired Sunday in the 5000 block of Woods Line Drive.

Aberdeen police report:

Sakinah Mann, 25, of the first block of Victory Street, was charged Friday with marijuana possession and possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Alfred A. Monroe Jr., 60, of the 400 block of South Parke Street, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault and theft less than $100.

An employee was hit by a rolling rack Saturday at Saks Fifth Avenue, in the 500 block of Hickory Drive.

A bicycle was stolen from a backyard last Wednesday in the first block of Swan Street.

A child was being hit at Walmart, in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, on Wednesday, a caller told police.

A man and woman stole salad bar items Wednesday from ShopRite, in the 900 block of Beards Hill Road.

A vehicle was keyed Wednesday in the 700 block of Custis Street.

Juveniles were running in and out of traffic Wednesday at Smith Avenue and APG Road.

Children had BB guns Thursday at Boys & Girls Club, in the 100 block of East Bel Air Avenue.

Someone threw something through a window and threw a bike at a car Thursday in the 100 block of Osborn Road.

Someone stole something Friday from ShopRite, in the 900 block of Beards Hill Road.

A child was hit at a park Friday, and has been receiving threatening messages, in the 200 block of Moyer Drive.

Donald M. Grim Jr, 48, of the 2800 block of Merrick Way, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

Bradley B. Peeples, 25, of the 3100 block of Laurel View Drive, was arrested as a fugitive from justice for Pennsylvania Saturday.

Travis Eugene Duncan, 20, of the 3000 block of Trellis Lane, was charged on an arrest warrant Thursday with first-, third- and fourth-degree burglary and theft between $10,000 and $100,000.

Jamil Alvin Perry, 21, of the 200 block of Ellerslie Court, was charged Monday with having an off-road vehicle on private property.

Aaron K. Shirk, 19, of the 500 block of Constant Ridge Court, was charged Tuesday with marijuana possession.

A man was smoking weed and drinking Thursday at Clairborne Way and Talbot Court.

A man was dancing in the street Friday at Constant Friendship Boulevard and South Tollgate Road.

Money was stolen from a safe Friday in the 600 block of Otter Point Road.

A homeless man had a shopping cart in traffic Friday at Montrose Way and South Tollgate Road.

There was a shoplifter Friday in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard.

A shoplifter was detained Friday in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard.

A child was locked in a vehicle Friday in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard.

Property was stolen Friday in the 4200 block of Birch Avenue.

Kids ran up, kicked a door and ran away Friday in the first block of Kensington Parkway.

A brick was thrown through a house window Saturday in the 300 block of Talbot Court.

Four wheelers drove through a property Saturday in the 3500 block of Woodsdale Road.

A Toyota Highlander was stolen Sunday in the 3300 block of Midland Court.

There was a shoplifter Sunday in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard.

Bel Air

Shelby L. Sexton, 18, who has addresses in the 1400 block of Redfield Road and the 3800 block of Aldino Road in Churchville, was charged Sunday with vandalism and unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.
