Harrah's Chester Casino & Racetrack

This destination offers services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Not only does Harrah's provide gaming action, but guests can also enjoy simulcasting and live racing. At Harrah's Chester you will find a casino space large enough to fit three football fields.

Games to play: Live table games include blackjack, craps, card games, roulette and baccarat, along with a 35-table poker room. There are more than 2,900 slot machines, with denominations ranging from one cent to $100, as well as video slots.

Racing: Live racing days are on Sundays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from March through December. Simulcasting from all the major tracks is also available seven days a week.

Where to eat: The Cove, with views of the river and the racetrack, is the highlight of dining at Harrah's Chester. The restaurant features especially a new Tuscan-inspired menu. Other dining options include Temptations Buffet, End Zone Sports Bar & Grill and Mien Noodles. Two bars, the Copper Mug and C-Bar are also available.

Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Court

Open year-round and 24 hours a day, Hollywood Casino offers multiple entertainment options, like slots, table games, live racing and simulcasting, as well a gift shop and museum. This destination is owned and operated by Penn National Gaming, Inc., which one of the largest gaming companies in the nation.

Games to play: Live table games include blackjack, craps, roulette, card games and baccarat, along with a 16-table poker room. The casino has 2,450 slots, including reel, video slot and video poker machines.

Racing: Live racing occurs every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 6 p.m. Turf racing occurs on a seven-furlong course. Simulcasting of races throughout the nation is offered seven days a week.

Entertainment: Hollywood on the Roof is a venue for live music. Tribute bands are featured throughout the month, and classic rock and country bands play every weekend. Guests can also utilize the bar that is open from 11 a.m. until 2 a.m. every day.

Where to eat: Options include a Final Cut Steakhouse, Skybox Sports Bar, Epic Buffet and other casual dining options on the casino floor.

The Meadows Racetrack & Casino

This 24/7 casino destination offers gaming, dining, a players club, entertainment, a bowling alley and harness racing.

Games to play: Table games include blackjack, craps, baccarat, roulette, card games and more. The poker room has 26 tables, with 6 tournament tables and live games like Texas Hold 'Em. The Meadows has 3,300 slot machines and video poker.

Racing: The venue also features harness racing with viewing from a brand new grandstand.

Entertainment: The Silks Lounge offers live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights. An intimate, Las Vegas style lounge called Pacers features duos and combo bands. Meadow Lanes is comprised of 24 bowling lanes with an extensive menu, a bar and lounge and meeting rooms for corporate events or banquets.

Where to eat: Options include Bistecca, a steakhouse and wine bar, the Terrace Café, Delvins trackside, Gybsons Cigars + Spirits and a food court.

This Pennsylvania gaming complex features 24-hour gaming, live racing and simulcast action, multiple dining options, bars and a nightclub. This casino is owned and operated by Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment, Inc.

Games to play: Table gaming options include blackjack, craps, roulette, sic bo, baccarat, poker, card games and more. More than 3,500 slots are provided, including progressive, reel, poker, novelty and video machines.

Racing: Live thoroughbred racing takes place at Parx, complete with a grandstand, finish line bar, clubhouse, horsemen's lounge and picnic grove.
