Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Martin A. Fischer, 21, of the first block of Clayton Street, who was being held at the Harford County Detention Center, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case in which he was charged with vandalism.

Eric C. Cramer, 32, of the 1400 block of South Philadelphia Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case in which he was charged with drug paraphernalia possession.

Raymond Joseph Walker, 30, of the 800 block of West Bel Air Avenue, was charged on an arrest warrant Tuesday with second-degree burglary, theft less than $1,000, vandalism and fourth-degree burglary theft.

Matthew M. Munoz, 22, of the 100 block of Kretlow Drive, was charged Wednesday with marijuana possession.

Clarence T. Veeney, 23, who has addresses in the first block of Gunnison Street and the 100 block of Warwick Drive, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with driving without the required license and authorization.

Aberdeen police report:

David P. Thomas, 58, of the 3000 block of Creswell Road, was charged Tuesday with altering a drug or alcohol test and theft less than $100.

Randy Hughes Banks, 50, of the first block of North Philadelphia Boulevard, was charged Wednesday with trespassing.

Stephen M. Pospichel, 23, of the 2600 block of Churchville Road in Churchville, was charged Wednesday with marijuana possession. He was also arrested on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession and trespassing.

Mark Anthony Hooker, 49, of the first block of West Inca Street, was charged Wednesday with possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Laundry was stolen Tuesday from Family Wash Day, in the 200 block of North Philadelphia Boulevard.

Someone damaged a shed door Tuesday in the 600 block of West Bel Air Avenue.

Children were locked in a car Tuesday at Mars, in the 1000 block of Beards Hill Road.

Someone was jumped by juveniles Tuesday in the first block of Mount Royal Avenue, by Aberdeen Middle School. The person has been attacked for three weeks.

A wallet was lost Wednesday at Mars, in the 1000 block of Beards Hill Road.

A man was threatening to slash tires Wednesday at Travel Lodge, in the 800 block of West Bel Air Avenue.

Someone broke into a bus Wednesday in the 300 block of South Parke Street.

A boy was hit with a hair brush by a baby sitter Wednesday in the 300 block of Center Deen Avenue.

A woman admitted to multiple thefts Wednesday at Saks Fifth Avenue, in the 500 block of Hickory Drive.

Abingdon

A shoplifter was at Walmart Tuesday in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard.

A possible prowler was in the 400 block of South Stepney Road.

Drug use was reported Wednesday in the 3200 block of Meadow Valley Drive.

Someone was shoplifting Wednesday in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard.

Bel Air

George S. Crouse, 34, of the 2100 block of Thomas Run Road, was charged Tuesday with second-degree child abuse, vandalism, having an alcoholic beverage in a retail area and alcohol intoxication at a dangerous level.

Leah Anne Geisler, 20, of the 900 block of Hillswood Road, was charged Wednesday with marijuana possession.

Eric R. Cadden, 23, who has addresses in the 900 block of Pentwood Road and the 100 block of East Broadway, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with driving with a suspended license and privilege.

Fredeleine Robinson, 31, of the 1300 block of Southwell Lane, was charged Wednesday with first- and second-degree assault.

Paul B. Hundertmark, 40, of the 400 block of South Fountain Green Drive, was arrested on a bench warrant Sunday in a case in which he was charged with theft between $1,000 and $10,000, two counts of selling home improvement without a license and two counts of acting as a contractor without a license.

Possible drugs were found Tuesday in a patient's belongings at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center.

A woman in the 600 block of Friar Tuck Drive was being harassed Tuesday by her ex-boyfriend.

Cash was stolen Tuesday from someone in the 2200 block of Belair Road.

Golf clubs were stolen Tuesday from the 1100 block of Seaford Court.

A vehicle was stolen Wednesday in the 900 block of Jessicas Lane.

A homeless person was burning something Wednesday at Brierhill Drive and Todd Road.

A car was broken into Wednesday in the 1300 block of Turret Road.

Something was stolen Wednesday from a car in the 1300 block of South Dahlia Court.

Someone stole loose change Wednesday from the 1200 block of Plowman Way.

Something was stolen Wednesday from a car in the 400 bock of Salvia Court.

Bel Air police report:

Dean C. Carden, 28, of the 3900 block of Conowingo Road in Darlington, was charged Wednesday with drug paraphernalia possession and possession of a drug other than marijuana.
