The 2011 National Midfielder of the Year and a Tewaaraton Award finalist this season, Schwarzmann was named Most Valuable Player of last weekend's Atlantic Coast Conference tournament after leading the No. 5 Terrapins to a record fourth straight championship. The Century graduate, a former All-Metro Player of the Year, scored 11 goals on 16 shots and had two assists. She scored four goals in both the 12-3 semifinal win over No. 8 Duke and the 14-10 title victory over No. 4 North Carolina. She leads the Terps with 63 goals and also has 15 assists.
