Blakely, 21, of the 3200 block of Rock Creek Court, was arrested on three bench warrants Sunday in cases in which he was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, failure to comply with a lawful order, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, failing to obey a lawful order, two counts of concealing a dangerous weapon and two counts of marijuana possession.
