Video Bites: The LAMILL method of making coffee and tea

April 20, 2012|By Richard Gorelick | The Baltimore Sun

Those free Saturday morning coffee clinics at LAMILL, the cafe in the Four Season Hotel Baltimore, caught on big time, so much so that they're not free anymore. The hands-on clinics are now $10 a person. The cost includes a paired pastry from Wit & Wisdom executive pasty chef Chris Ford.

The two-hour April 21 coffee clinic compares two au courant extraction methods, the Eva Solo and the Hario V60. Watch LAMILL general manager Kris Fulton demonstrate the V60 pour-over method here. The featured roast for the demo is Black Velvet.
