Roger Lee Spiker, 51, of the 2500 block of Loloa Drive in Kingsville, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and failure to obey a lawful order.
William David Carter, 50, of the 100 block of New County Road, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and failure to obey a lawful order.
Property was damaged Tuesday in the first block of Plater Street.

Christopher Edward Bland, 30, of the 700 block of Bedford Road, was charged Tuesday with attempting to elude a police officer by failing to stop, attempting to elude a police officer by fleeing on foot, attempting to elude a police officer by other means, failure to stop at a stop sign, speeding, driving without the required license and authorization, failure to display registration card on demand and displaying an expired registration.
Brandon Lee Willard, 19, of the 900 block of Summershade Court, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with first-degree assault, false imprisonment, reckless endangerment and three counts of second-degree assault.
Christopher William Shields, 38, of the 1200 block of Athens Court, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle.
Thomas Brandon Werner, 29, who has addresses in the 700 block of White Oak Drive and in the first block of Overmill Court in Owings Mills, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case in which he was charged with failure to return to the scene of an accident involving vehicle damage.
