Highs in the upper 50s are expected in the Baltimore area Thursday, under partly sunny skies and with gusty winds.
It is the same weather pattern that has dominated all week. Northwest winds of 15 mph to 20 mph are expected, with gusts up to 30 mph.

The cold air that moved in Wednesday will remain, with lows in the mid-30s Thursday night.
Friday, the winds are expected to die down to 5 mph to 10 mph, with highs again in the upper 50s.
