The SushiBot can crank out 3,600 sushi rolls per hour. The high-speed contraption was introduced by the Japanese company Suzumo at the World Food and Beverage Great Expo 2012 in Tokyo last week.

Wired reports on the contraption, which can make up to 3,600 "mounds per hour," but which, still, alas, needs a human to load the machine and re-set the specifications.
