Forest Hill

Christopher Parks-Lecaroz, 31, of the 1800 block of Beth Bridge Circle, was arrested on a bench warrant Monday in a case in which he was charged with two counts of theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

There were possible vehicle break-ins Friday in the 2000 block of Pointview Circle.

A vehicle was vandalized Friday in the 300 block of West Jarrettsville Road.

A wallet was stolen Saturday in the first block of Osborne Parkway.

A vehicle was broken into Saturday in the 1600 block of Rebecca Court.

Havre de Grace

Andre R. Manning, 54, of the first block of Giles Street, was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case in which he was charged with violating a protective order.

Neal T. Aultman, 24, of the 700 block of Ontario Street, was charged Monday with marijuana possession and possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Brass bells were stolen from a home Thursday in the 1700 block of Bryan Road.

Havre de Grace police report:

Galvez J. Sheppard, 33, of the 500 block of Congress Avenue, was charged Thursday with trespassing, narcotics possession with intent to distribute and possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Jumal R. Dudley, 38, of 400 block of St. John Street, was charged Thursday with four counts of second-degree assault.

Anderson Richards, 50, of the 6200 block of Radecke Avenue in Baltimore, was arrested on a bench warrant Friday in a case in which he was charged with driving an uninsured vehicle.

Charles K. Moyer, 26, of the 500 block of Franklin Street, was charged last Wednesday with driving 15 miles over the speed limit and driving on a suspended out-of-state license and marijuana possession.

Alexander Blanding Jr., 60, of Belcamp, was charged Sunday with failing to obey a reasonable and lawful order.

A glass door was shattered Friday in the 500 block of South Union Avenue.

A bicycle was stolen Friday from the 600 block of Green Street.

A fight was reported Saturday in the parking lot of McDonald's, in the 800 block of Pulaski Highway.

A bathroom was vandalized Monday in the 100 block of Lafayette Street.

A woman was screaming and slamming doors Sunday in the 600 block of Lafayette Street.

Someone was threatening to fight Monday in the 800 block of Giles Street.

Dominick Shawn Copenhaver, 22, of the 3800 block of Old Federal Hill Road, was charged on an arrest warrant Friday with first- and fourth-degree burglary, fourth-degree burglary theft and theft between $10,000 and $100,000.

Joseph Michael Davis, 21, of the 1200 block of North Bend Road, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Kids were trying to steal signs Monday in the 1900 block of Nelson Mill Road.

Joppa

Ashley L. Ghent, 22, of the 700 block of Joppa Farm Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case in which she was charged with attempted theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Lisa Elaine Carroll, 39, of the 5900 block of Renee Drive, was arrested as a fugitive from justice for Florida Thursday.

Samuel Truman Black Jr., 44, of the 300 block of Spry Island Road, was charged on an arrest warrant Saturday with second-degree assault.

Cory J. Streams, 27, who has addresses in the 1000 block of Plaza Circle and the 1400 block of Cedarcroft Road in Baltimore, was arrested on a bench warrant Monday in a case in which he was charged with obtaining drugs through a forged prescription.

A residence was broken into Friday in the 1000 block of Erwin Drive.

Mailboxes were vandalized Saturday in the 500 block of Foster Branch Road.

There was a shoplifter in the 1000 block of Joppa Farm Road Saturday.

Juveniles were throwing eggs at cars Saturday at Joppa Farm Road and the CSX Overpass.

People were possibly using drugs Sunday in the 100 block of Chimney Oak Drive.

Juveniles were climbing on a school Sunday in the 200 block of Stillmeadow Drive.

There was a theft from a vehicle Monday in the 300 block of Joppa Crossing Way.

Kids were egging a vehicle on Saturday in the 500 block of Macintosh Circle.

Trucks were vandalized Monday in the 1000 block of Pulaski Highway.

Phone lines were cut Monday in the 1800 block of Mountain Road.

A GPS was stolen from a vehicle Monday in the 1000 block of Mariner Road.

Pylesville

Justin D. Lochary, 29, of the 100 block of St. Marys Road, was charged Saturday with theft less than $100.

Street

A building was broken into Thursday in the 3100 block of Scarboro Road.

Whiteford

Trash was left in a mailbox Thursday in the 4400 block of Flintville Road.

Other reports

Darius T. Parker, 22, of the 2000 block of Mulberry Lane in Lithonia, Ga., was charged Thursday with drug paraphernalia and marijuana possession.
