Three people were injured during a fight Tuesday afternoon on a residential street in Garrison, a residential area off Reisterstown Road between Owings Mills and Pikesville, police said.

Around 3:45 p.m., a group of people arrived at a townhouse on Spectator Lane in a white Ford Crown Victoria and started fighting with the residents, according to statements Tuesday by Det. Cathy Batton, a Baltimore County Police spokeswoman.

A 20-year-old man was seriously stabbed and, by the time police arrived, had been taken in the sedan to Northwest Hospital, she said. His injuries are potentially life threatening, and he was transferred to a second hospital for treatment.

Two residents of the townhouse — a man, 19, and a woman, 25 — were also stabbed, Batton said. They were both taken to Northwest Hospital, treated and released, she said.

After the hand-to-hand fight, a shot was fired and hit the Crown Victoria, Batton said. No one was injured by the bullet.

Detectives are still investigating who fired the shot and what led to the fight, she said.

No charges stemming from the fight had been filed as of 10 p.m. Tuesday.
