Md. Democrats can show disapproval of Obama on primary day

Some Democrats will be inclined to stay home on primary election day because there is no one else to support for president other than the incumbent.

Big mistake? One who does not want President Obama for a second term can vote for uncommitted delegates to the nominating convention to register disfavor.
