March 13, 2012|By Richard Gorelick | The Baltimore Sun

Two weekend of St. Patrick's Day. Truly we are blessed. There is so much going on Saturday.

Take a look at the Baltimore Sun's St. Patrick's Day Guide 2012.

Here's our favorite event so far. Down at Mr. Rain's Fun House, Chef Bill Buszinski will debut his “pre-spring” menu highlighting his favorite seasonal ingredients such as shad roe, lamb and rabbit, with an optional beer pairing from Perez Klebahn featuring craft brews such as Flying Dog Brewery and Stillwater Artisanal Ales. The four-course tasting menu is $45, with a optional beer pairings for an additional $30.

And down at Chazz: A Bronx Original, pastry chef Janae Aiken has whipped up a special "Adult Cupcakes" for the occasion. The 21-and-over dessert features a Guinness-chocolate cake with a salted caramel center and Baileys Irish Cream frosting. the cupcake are $2.95 each and are available for dine-in or carryout. A special pizza, the Finocchiona, will be around for St. Patrick's Day, too. It features Tuscan Finocchiona salami (Italian cured sausage with cracked fennel and black pepper) and fresh mozzarella, finished with a scattering of Sicilian pistachio pesto.
