Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Lawrence Kenneth Standiford, 52, of the 1900 block of Bennett Road, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

A window at a church was broken Tuesday in the 700 block of North Post Road.

Aberdeen police report:

Jeanette Theresa McKinney, 46, of the 600 block of Charles Avenue in Deale, was charged Tuesday with theft less than $100.

Donald Carl Turner, 37, of the 700 block of Masons Beach Road in Deale, was charged Tuesday with theft less than $100.

Two young children were unattended Wednesday in a car in the 200 block of North Philadelphia Boulevard.

A camcorder was stolen Wednesday in the 200 block of Paradise Road.

People were trespassing Wednesday at Walmart in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

A woman said her brother hit her Wednesday in the 500 block of Baltimore Street.

A man was hitting a woman Wednesday by Golden Corral, in the 700 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

An entire class was walking out and threatening staff members Wednesday at the Center for Educational Opportunity, in the 200 block of Paradise Road.

A man kicked in a door and stole a laptop and cell phone Wednesday in the 100 block of Bannister Avenue.

A ferret got in a house and became trapped Wednesday in the 200 block of South Deen Avenue.

Abingdon

A purse was stolen from a kitchen Tuesday in the 1100 block of Walnut Hill Court.

A laptop was stolen Tuesday in the 300 block of Amy Drive.

Two men were throwing needles out of a car window Wednesday in the 600 block of Nanticoke Court.

Bel Air

Gennie Virginia Frink, 68, of the 1400 block of Landis Circle, was charged Sunday with reckless driving, negligent driving, driving while impaired by alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions and speeding.

A vehicle was vandalized Tuesday in the first block of Red Pump Road.

There was a possible break-in Tuesday in the first block of Chestnut Hill Road.

A man came up to a window and exposed himself Tuesday in the 600 block of Friar Tuck Drive.

A prowler was lurking outside Tuesday in the 500 block of East Wheel Road.

A man was lying behind the fence by a playground Wednesday in the 2200 block of Old Emmorton Road.

Shoplifters were running out of a store Wednesday in the 600 block of Belair Road.

Bel Air police report:

Chester Lewis Sylvester, 43, of the 100 block of South Kelly Avenue, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Alton William Cumbo, 18, who has addresses in the 1000 block of Waterside Court and the 1200 block of Valley Leaf Court, both in Edgewood, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with resisting arrest.

David William Hayes, 27, of the 800 block of May Court, was arrested on two bench warrants Wednesday in cases in which he was charged with theft less than $1,000, theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and two counts of conspiracy to commit theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Johanna M. McCormick, 30, of the 200 block of Philosophers Terrace in Chestertown, was charged Wednesday with two counts of drug paraphernalia possession.

Jacob M. Bowling, 29, who has addresses in the 200 block of Philosophers Terrace in Chestertown and the 30000 block of Deal Island Road in Princess Anne, was charged Wednesday with theft less than $1,000, marijuana possession and two counts of drug paraphernalia possession.

A wallet was lost or stolen Monday in the first block of South Main Street.

A window was damaged Tuesday in the 100 block of South Main Street.

A theft was reported Tuesday in the 600 block of Marketplace Drive.

Items were stolen from a vacant house Wednesday in the first block of South Reed Street.

Two men were trespassing Wednesday in the 500 block of West MacPhail Road.

Shoplifters ran out of a store Wednesday in the 600 block of Belair Road.

A man called to say he was exposing himself Wednesday at Harford Mall.

Churchville

Copper downspouts were stolen Tuesday from Churchville Presbyterian in the 2800 block of Churchville Road.

Edgewood

Berwyn A. Simms, 46, and Robin L. Powell, 44, both of the 400 block of Silverside Road, were charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

Benjamin Palmer, 21, of the 600 block of Harr Park Court, who was being held at the Harford County Detention Center, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case in which he was charged with trespassing.

Mercede Cecilia Jacobson, 19, of the 1900 block of Edgewater Drive, was charged Tuesday with marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession and drug possession with intent to distribute.

Bryce Anthony Fowlkes Jr., 21, who has addresses in the 1600 block of Candlewood Court and the 600 block of Lanoitan Road in Middle River, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with driving with a suspended license and privilege.
