The National Weather Service is calling for mostly cloudy skies in the Baltimore area today, with a high temperature near 45 degrees. Light winds will turn to the north between 11 and 14 miles per hour.

Tonight's forecast calls for mostly clear skies and a low temperature around 30. Northwest winds will be between 7 and 11 miles per hour.

Tuesday is expected to be sunny, with a high near 46 degrees and north winds between 5 and 9 miles per hour, turning to the south later in the day.

Tuesday night is expected to be clear, with a low around 36 degrees and south winds between 6 and 8 miles per hour.
