Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:
Aberdeen
Amy Joy Warthen, 27, of the 1900 block of Fletcher Road, was arrested on two bench warrants Tuesday in cases in which she was charged with trespassing and second-degree escape.
Eric Douglas Nelson, 34, of the 300 block of Paradise Road, was charged Tuesday with obtaining a prescription by altering an order and possessing a forged prescription.
Brandon Marquez Robinson, 25, of the 900 block of Cambridge Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with driving with a suspended license.
Brendon Pennington, 21, of the 200 block of Schmechel Street, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault and vandalism.
Lynda S. Vancura, 30, of the 4900 block of Philadelphia Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Saturday in a case in which she was charged with two counts of drug paraphernalia possession and two counts of possession of a drug other than marijuana.
Michael J. McMillan, 51, of the 600 block of West Bel Air Avenue, was charged last Friday with three counts of second-degree assault.
A purse was stolen Wednesday at La Tolteca in the 700 block of West Bel Air Avenue.

Joshua John Prevett, 27, of the 100 block of Hawkins Drive, was charged Wednesday with obtaining prescription drugs by fraud.
Che Jaron Durbin, 33, of the 1000 block of Warwick Drive, was charged Wednesday with obtaining prescription drugs by fraud.
William David Carter, 50, of the 100 block of New County Road, was arrested on a warrant Feb. 16 in a case in which in which he was charged with disorderly conduct.
A 16-year-old boy from the 300 block of Stevens Circle and a 17-year-old boy from the 1000 block of Warwick Drive were charged Saturday with theft.
A vehicle was stolen Tuesday from the 100 block of Sunnyside Drive.
Someone was being threatened by his or her 17-year-old son Tuesday in the first block of Liberty Street. The son also broke into the home later.

Michelle Elaine Schisler, 45, of the 3100 block of Cardinal Way, was charged Tuesday with making a false statement to a police officer, identification fraud to avoid prosecution and making a false entry in a public record. She was also arrested on two bench warrants Tuesday in cases in which she was charged with driving on a revoked license and privilege and driving while intoxicated by drugs and alcohol.
People were living in an abandoned house Wednesday in the 3700 block of Wolf Trail Drive.
Bel Air
Lenora May Sikalis-Barber, 44, of the 2400 block of Conowingo Road, was charged Wednesday with two counts of drug paraphernalia possession and two counts of possession of a drug other than marijuana.
Zachary Thomas Porter, 22, of the 1400 block of Moonshadow Road, was charged Sunday with driving while impaired by alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to drive to curb upon police signal, negligent driving and speeding.
Jason Thomas Lamb, 30, of the 100 block of Atwood Road, was charged Wednesday with marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession.
Michael Joseph Houpt, 49, of the 500 block of Ponderosa Drive, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, negligent driving and willfully disobeying lawful order and direction of a police officer.
A vehicle was broken into Tuesday in the 900 block of Buckland Place.
There was a possible burglary Tuesday in the 1300 block of Overlook Way.
A man was masturbating in the bushes Wednesday in the 1600 block of Rolling Road.

A mother-in-law threatened to have her daughter-in-law kicked out of the county Wednesday in the 1500 block of Hillside Drive.
Someone was shoplifting Wednesday Five Below in the first block of Bel Air South Parkway.

Roger R. Sanson Jr., 25, of the 200 block of George Avenue in Wilkes Barre, Pa., was charged Sunday with trespassing.
William Aaron Ellison, 23, of the 200 block of Forest Valley Drive in Forest Hill, was charged last Friday with driving under the influence.
