The National Weather Service is calling for Wednesday to start out cloudy and then become sunny in the Baltimore area, with a high near 54 and northwest winds between 8 and 14 miles per hour.
A small craft advisory is in effect Wednesday for the Maryland Chesapeake Bay and the tidal Potomac River.
Wednesday night is expected to be cloudy, with a slight chance of rain after 1 a.m., a low around 36 and northwest winds around 6 miles per hour or less. The chance of precipitation is 20 percent.
