Harford Sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Forshaye Dashawn Williams, 18, of the 100 block of Holloway Lane, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree burglary and making a false statement to a police officer.

Richard Duane Rudd, 27, of the first block of Inca Street, was arrested on a bench warrant Sunday in a case where he is charged with theft less than $1,000.

Kabari King, 32, of the 300 block of Stratford Avenue, was arrested on a bench warrant Monday in a case where he is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol per se.

There was a possible theft from a vehicle Friday in the 4700 block of Witchhazel Way.

Sculptures in the 600 block of Gilbert Road were stolen Sunday.

A hydraulic pump was stolen Monday in the 1000 block of Beards Hill Road.

Aberdeen police report:

A vehicle was vandalized in the 600 block of Plater Street on Thursday.

Windows were messed up and a door was kicked in on the 400 block of Dawn Court on Thursday.

Someone used company credit cards in the 500 block of West Bel Air Avenue on Thursday.

Tires were slashed at the MARC station, in the first block of East Bel Air Avenue, on Thursday.

A man stole an Xbox after a woman let him in her apartment in the 600 block of West Bel Air Avenue on Thursday.

A man and woman stole items from Royal Farms, in the 1000 block of Middleton Road, on Sunday.

A trash can was thrown through a front window in the 600 block of Edmund Street on Sunday.

A door was hit by paintballs in the 300 block of Baltimore Street on Sunday.

A man stole a bottle of liquor at Short Stop, in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, on Sunday.

A credit card was stolen in the 100 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard on Saturday.

Someone vandalized a vehicle in the 300 block of Woodland Green Court on Friday.

Someone was shooting a BB gun at a house in the 700 block of Custis Street on Friday.

Three juveniles were involved with drugs at Aberdeen High School on Friday.

A break-in was reported in the first block of Swan Street on Friday.

A camera was stolen from a teacher at Aberdeen High School on Friday.

A vehicle was vandalized Thursday in the 300 block of Overlea Place.

Drugs were in a vehicle Thursday in the 2100 block of Emmorton Road.

A package was stolen Saturday in the 3200 block of Wilson Avenue.

Baldwin

A mailbox was vandalized Saturday in the 2800 block of Orchard Lakes Drive.

Bel Air

Lance Sashay Pietrzak, 24, of the first block of Aiden Plead, was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in case where he is charged with having an alcoholic beverage in a retail establishment.

Darwin Pineda-Medgar, 29, of the 900 block of Redfield Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case where he is charged with driving without the required license and authorization.

Scott Andrew Percy, 30, of the 1200 block of Graystone Road, was charged Saturday with attempt to falsify a document or place, driving without tags, driving without the required license and authorization, driving with expired plates and knowingly using a false vehicle document.

Janette Hanzelka, 46, of the 800 block of Old English Court, was charged Sunday with failure to comply with a peace order, failure to obey a lawful order, first- and second-degree assault and resisting arrest.

Eric David Steiner, 20, of the 1400 block of Muirfield Close, was arrested on a bench warrant Sunday in a case where he is charged with driving on a suspended out-of-state license.

Ann Louise Doughty, 24, of the 1400 block of Landis Circle, was charged Sunday with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to stop at a red traffic signal before turning, failure to reduce speed in dangerous highway conditions and negligent driving.

Rebecca Lee Schmertzler, 22, of the 500 block of David Drive, was charged Monday with failure to obey traffic instructions, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol and drugs.

Jacob Grant Davis, 19, of the 1300 block of St. Francis Road, was charged Monday with possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession and four counts of drug paraphernalia possession.

A woman was high in a parking lot Thursday in the 1500 block of Conowingo Road.

A person ran into the woods with a shovel Thursday in the 1800 block of Bramble Brooks Lane.

A jacket was stolen from a vehicle Thursday in the 2300 block of Conowingo Road.

A person was looking into vehicle windows Friday in the 1300 block of Sheridan Place.

Someone was passed out in a vehicle Friday in the 700 block of Bel Air Road.

Medication and other items were stolen Friday in the 1800 block of Oxford Square.

There was a theft from a car Friday in the 2200 block of Churchville Road.

A drug transaction took place Friday at Muir Way and Bright Oaks Drive.

A vehicle window was broken Friday in the 100 block of Bright Oaks Drive.
