Harford Sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Brandy Michelle Kerr, 37, of the 200 block of Golf Drive, was charged Thursday with trespassing and theft less than $1,000.

Tavon I. Harvey, 17, who has addresses in the first block of East Bel Air Avenue and the first block of Liberty Street, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

Keone Angelo Givens, 22, of the first block of Church Green Road, was charged Saturday with vandalism.

Steven James Jacko, 35, of the 600 block of Cornell Street, was charged Sunday with unsafe lane changing, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol.

Julia Rae Heimbach, 22, of the 2100 block of Park Beach Drive, was charged on an arrest warrant Sunday with conspiracy to steal between $1,000 and $10,000, second- and fourth-degree burglary, vandalism, theft scheme between $1,000 and $10,000, theft less than $1,000 and theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Justin Matthew Henning, 24, of the 2100 block of Park Beach Drive, was charged on an arrest warrant Sunday with conspiracy to steal between $1,000 and $10,000, second- and fourth-degree burglary, vandalism, theft scheme between $1,000 and $10,000, theft less than $1,000 and theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Ryan William Burkey, 26, who has addresses in the first block of New County Road and the first block of Lewis Drive, was charged Sunday with obstructing and hindering and resisting arrest.

Deborah Colleen Gladden, 52, of the first block of Norman Avenue, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol, negligent driving, speeding and driving in violating of a restricted license requirement.

Valerie Marie Kelly, 34, also known as Valerie Kelley in court records, 34, of the first block of Mount Royal Avenue, was charged Monday with first- and second-degree assault.

A man was laying in a field and smoking something last Wednesday in the 3400 block of Churchville Road.

A package was stolen Thursday in the 5000 block of Bristle Cone Circle.

A woman's husband exploited her on an adult website Saturday in the 4900 block of Bristle Cone Circle.

Juveniles were shooting dogs with pellet guns Saturday in the 5000 block of Bristle Cone Circle.

A man was stealing water from a store Saturday at the Exxon in the 1100 block of Pulaski Highway.

There was a break-in Sunday in the 900 block of Chelsea Road.
