Harford Sheriff's office and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Erdly Herbert McDowell, 53, of the first block of Roosevelt Avenue, was charged Tuesday with possessing marijuana and paraphernalia.

Amy Joy Warthen, 27, of the 1900 block of Fletcher Road, was arrested on five warrants Thursday in cases in which she was charged with second-degree escape, conspiracy to distribute narcotics, attempted possession of a drug other than marijuana, conspiracy to deliver drugs in confinement, trespassing, attempted drug possession while in confinement and two counts of obtaining drugs by fraud.

Michael E. Johnson, 46, of the 900 block of Harlan Avenue, was charged Saturday with first- and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment.

Michel Laneice Jones, 40, of the 100 block of Morgan Lane, was charged Sunday with vandalism.

There was a possible break-in last Thursday in the 3500 block of Farm Road.

There was a break-in in progress Friday in the 2000 block of Park Beach Drive.

Shots were heard fired Sunday in the 700 block of Carsins Run Road.

A shed was broken into Sunday in the 200 block of Golf Drive.

Hair clippers and DVDs were stolen Monday from the 1500 block of Philadelphia Boulevard.

Aberdeen police report:

Michael E. Johnson, 46, of the 900 block of Harlan Avenue, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault, first-degree assault and reckless endangerment. He was released on $50,000 bond the same day.

Gerald J. Hazelwood, 28, of the 300 block of North Philadelphia Boulevard, was charged Saturday with second-degree rape, second-degree sex offense, third-degree sex offense and second-degree assault.

A 17-year-old boy from the first block of Norman Avenue was charged Wednesday with assault.

A GPS was taken Monday from a car in the 300 block of Applesby Lane.

A vehicle was reported stolen Saturday in the 100 block of South Post Road. It was recovered Monday in the first block of East Bel Air Avenue.

A car tag was taken Monday in the 1000 block of Hardees Drive.

Someone tried to break into a property Monday in the 900 block of Avon Drive.

Two adults were stealing from Walmart Saturday in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard. 

Someone placed a small figurine in a front yard in the 600 block of Northgate Road on Saturday.

Someone damaged a car mirror Sunday in the 400 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

A cigarette pack with baggies with white powder was reported Sunday at the Hair Cuttery in the 1000 block of Beards Hill Road.

A fence in the 200 block of Baltimore Street was damaged Jan. 24.

Someone reported six shots fired in the first block of Aberdeen Avenue last Wednesday.

Someone reported two shots fired in the first block of East Inca Street last Wednesday.

Marquis Dion Ellis, 29, of the 1100 block of Splashing Brook Drive, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with marijuana possession.

Carl Edward Johnson Jr., 50, of the 4200 block of Birch Avenue, was charged Monday with speeding, having a suspended registration, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol and drinking while in the passenger side of the vehicle.

Theft was reported last Thursday in the 2500 block of Merrick Court.

Two fake prescriptions were called in to Wegmans Friday.

Kids were shooting paint balls out of a car Friday in the 200 block of Kensington Parkway.

A car cover was stolen Saturday in the 1400 block of Valley Forge Way.

Someone was peeking in windows Sunday in the 2200 block of Palustris Lane.

Someone in the 600 block of Saint Sebastian Court told police Monday his mother threw kitchen items at him.

Bel Air

Pamela Kay Willey, 45, of the 1700 block of Dungarvan Court, was charged last Wednesday with driving while under the influence of alcohol.

Catherine Jean Vandervort, 41, who has addresses in the 2200 block of Old Emmorton Road and the 600 block of Box Elder Drive in Edgewood, was arrested on two bench warrants Friday in cases in which she was charged with two counts of driving on a suspended license.

Magdelena May Barron, 25, of the 300 block of George Street, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

William Francis Weigman Jr., 51, of the 1600 block of Shucks Road, was charged Saturday with negligent driving, failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions, driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se and driving while impaired by alcohol.

Ruth Ann Rexroth, 48, of the 200 block of Crocker Drive, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

Nicholas Justin DeForge, 21, of the 1900 block of Thomas Run Circle, was charged on an arrest warrant Saturday with unauthorized removal of property.

Casey Elizabeth Scott, 20, of the 100 block of North Hickory Avenue, was charged Saturday with drug paraphernalia possession and possession of a drug other than marijuana.
