Monday's forecast calls for partly sunny skies in the Baltimore area, with a high temperature around 46 and west winds between 8 and 13 miles per hour, according to the National Weather Service.

A small craft advisory is in effect Monday morning for the Maryland portion of the Chesapeake Bay and the lower tidal Potomac River from Cobb Island to Smith Point. Monday night is expected to be mostly cloudy, with a low around 38 and south winds between 5 and 7 miles per hour.

Tuesday is expected to be mostly sunny, with a high near 61 and west winds between 6 and 10 miles per hour.

Tuesday night is expected to be partly cloudy, with a low around 45 and southwest winds between 6 and 8 miles per hour.
