Twelve people were displaced Sunday night by a two-alarm fire at a Perry Hall apartment complex, Baltimore County fire officials said. No one was injured.
The fire broke out around 7 p.m. on a third-floor balcony in the first block of Arlen Road, and required 70 firefighters to bring under control, said Capt. Ross Cooke. Several pets were rescued.
