President is Constitutionally lost

Why are President Barack Obama's ideas, policies and decisions always getting a "recalculating" response from our nation's Constitutional GPS? Where is he trying to take us? As with so many controversial decisions and policies proposed or adopted since the beginning of the Obama administration, why are we constantly reminded that we are "off course" when it comes to our Constitution?

Mr. Obama tries to get around "that old piece of paper" by appointing czars with unparalleled authority, increasing government regulations to the point that we are being rendered helpless, and unlawfully using the recess appointment power. And yet, he accuses the GOP of playing politics? Come on, the Constitution is the very clear and legal path that our elected officials are under oath to follow. It is the most successful and greatest form of government the world has ever known! Of course, we need to "recalculate" when a legitimate need rises to the level that requires amending the Constitution. Hence, we have all of the Amendments that have been enacted to correct any wrong that was not considered or overlooked by our Founding Fathers.

However, when you are constantly and purposely going so far off course, you are at odds with and are avoiding the Constitution, Congressional oversight, and are not being faithful to the American people and to the oath of office. As happens to all who choose to take short cuts, use deceit or sleight of hand to avoid or bypass the Constitution, Mr. Obama will be exposed for what he is and will suffer the consequences. He will be voted out of office in the next election.
