Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Robert Terrell Henderson, 26, of the first block of Defense Drive, was charged Thursday with violating a protective order and vandalism.

Douglas Bryon Langkam, 54, of the 1500 block of Perryman Road, who was being held at the Harford County Detention Center, was arrested as a fugitive from Pennsylvania Thursday.

Gabriella Elyse Gonzales, 20, of the 700 block of Curtis Street, was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case in which she was charged with theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Jay Edwin Pugh Jr., 22, of the 1000 block of Old Philadelphia Road, was charged Thursday with possession of a drug other than marijuana, drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and two counts of second-degree assault.

Randy Hughes Banks, 50, who has addresses in the first block of North Philadelphia Boulevard and first block of Swan Street, was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case in which he was charged with disorderly conduct.

Arthur Leroy Williams, 43, of the 700 block of West Bel Air Avenue, was charged Friday with possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Gene Robert Bowser, 35, of the first block of East Bel Air Avenue, was charged Friday with two counts of possession of a drug other than marijuana and narcotics distribution.

Megan N. Murphy, 29, of the 900 block of Gilbert Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Friday in a case in which he was charged with theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Daniel Alexander Patton, 33, of the first block of Swan Street, was arrested on a bench warrant Saturday in a case in which he was charged with drug paraphernalia possession.

Michael D. Short, 32, of the first block of East Inca Street, was charged Saturday with two counts of narcotics possession with intent to distribute, two counts of possession of a drug other than marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession.

Marcus Stephen Williams Jr., 32, of the 300 block of Bush Chapel Road, was arrested as a fugitive from Pennsylvania Monday.

Clarence E. Weaver Sr., 53, of the first block of East Inca Street, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving an uninsured vehicle.

Edward Dean Pettigrew, 50, of the first block of Church Green Street, was charged Monday with possession of a drug other than marijuana, narcotics possession with intent to distribute and resisting arrest.

A bicycle was stolen Thursday in the 600 block of Possum Trot Way.

A vehicle and medication were stolen Saturday in the 200 block of Golf Drive.

Shots were heard fired Sunday in the 900 block of Gilbert Road.

Aberdeen police report:

Jamal F. Fruh, 24, of the 1600 block of Druid Hill Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Jan. 3 with trespassing, possessing marijuana and four counts of possessing drug paraphernalia.

Richard A. Watters, 39, of the first block of North Philadelphia Boulevard, was arrested last Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which in which he was charged with disorderly conduct.

A 16-year-old girl from the first block of Aberdeen Avenue was charged Sunday with assault and vandalism.

James L. Scarborough, 62, of the first block of West Aztec Street, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct, failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order and resisting arrest.

Jonathan Whitmore, 37, of the 1800 block of Edgewater Drive, was charged Friday with theft less than $1,000.

A 17-year-old boy from the first block Norman Avenue was charged Friday with assault.

Marcus D. Hibbs, 31, of the 400 block of Holly Drive, was arrested last Wednesday on a warrant for a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended and attempting to elude police.

A man grabbed cigarettes Monday from Exxon in the first block of North Philadelphia Boulevard.

A car was vandalized Monday at Cook Motor Cars in the 1100 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

A Social Security check was stolen Monday at Aberdeen Senior Housing in the 900 block of Barnette Lane.

Car tires were cut Monday at Aberdeen High School, in the 200 block of Paradise Road.

Fraud was reported Monday on a customer's account at PNC Bank, in the 1000 block of Beards Hill Road.

Someone reported threats over the phone Monday in the 400 block of Holly Drive.

Men were fighting Monday at Washington and Dorsey streets.

Someone was breaking a window of a car Thursday in the 700 block of Edmund Street.

Three juveniles were throwing rocks at windows Thursday in the 300 block of Stevens Circle.

A Nintendo game system was stolen Thursday in the 400 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

A cell phone was stolen at Aberdeen High School Thursday in the 200 block of Paradise Road.

A flowerpot was thrown into a vehicle Friday in the 300 block of Stevens Circle.

A man kicked in the door of a car parked at Budget Inn Motel Friday in the 1100 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

A side mirror was broken Friday in the 700 block of Edmund Street.
