Police responding to a report of shots fired at about 9:30 p.m. discovered a 20-year-old man, who had been shot three times. The victim was sitting on the steps of a home in the 2800 block of Winwood Court, when he was shot twice in the shoulder. A third shot grazed his elbow, police said.
