Harford Sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Kimberly M. Fleetwood, 36, who has addresses in the 700 block of West Bel Air Avenue and the 400 block of Meadowood Drive in Edgewood, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case she was charged with two counts of identity theft, theft less than $1,000, stealing another person's credit card and two counts of charging another person's credit card less than $500.

Richard A. Watters, 39, of the first block of North Philadelphia Avenue, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case he was charged with disorderly conduct.

Jamal Fard Fruh, 24, of the first block of Valley Bottom Road, was charged Tuesday with trespassing, marijuana possession and four counts of drug paraphernalia possession.

Allen R. Moser, 33, of the first block of Wilson Avenue, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case he was charged with disorderly conduct.

Martin Fisher, 21, of the 700 block of Clayton Street, was arrested on two bench warrants Dec. 29 in cases he was charged with marijuana possession and vandalism.

Harrison Algernon Harvey III, 60, of the 600 block of Edmund Street, was arrested on a bench warrant last Friday in a case he was charged with drug paraphernalia possession.

Marcus Dwayne Hibbs, 31, of the 400 block of Holly Drive, was charged Wednesday with driving on a suspended license and privilege.

Fifty bags of trash were dumped Tuesday in the 900 block of Chelsea Road.

Aberdeen police report:

A window was broken in the 700 block of Edmund Street on Thursday.

Shots were reported in the 400 block of South Law Street on Wednesday.

Abingdon

Kelley Marie Clark, 32, of the 500 block of Lothian Way, was arrested on two warrants, one on Saturday and another on Tuesday, in cases she was charged with two counts of first-degree burglary, third-degree burglary, two counts of fourth-degree burglary and three counts of theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Someone was messing with a door Tuesday in the 500 block of Ramblewood Drive.

There were shoplifters at the Walmart Wednesday.

A fake prescription was reported at the Wegmans Wednesday.

Bel Air

Eric Moore, 20, of the 100 block of Steed Lane, was arrested on a warrant Tuesday in a case he was charged with first- and third-degree burglary and theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Nicholas D. Keenan, 54, of the 300 block of Franklin Street, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case he was charged with failure to obey a lawful order and trespassing.

Timothy Joseph McGann, 54, of the 500 block of East Wheel Road, was charged Wednesday with theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Michael Christopher Phillips, 21, of the 1300 block of Kelsey Court, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case he was charged with driving on a suspended license and privilege.

Metal and scrap were stolen from a truck Tuesday at the Stack and Store in the 100 North Tollgate Road.

Someone sprayed shoe care on his pants Tuesday at Payless Shoes in the first block of Bel Air South Parkway.

A man tried to get into a basement Wednesday in the 1000 block of Prospect Mill Road.

There was a possible drug deal Wednesday in the 300 block of Point to Point Road.

A hunting knife and cash were stolen Wednesday in the 1300 block of Prospect Mill Road.

A window was broken on a car Wednesday at the Harford County Detention Center in the 1000 block of Rock Spring Road.

Bel Air police report:

There was an assault last Friday in the 300 block of South Main Street.

A boat was stolen last Friday in the 1000 block of Williams Street.

Vandalism was reported last Friday in the 200 block of Chaucer Lane.

Skateboarders were trespassing last Friday at Bel Air High School.

Two juveniles shoplifted hoodies, fragrances and jeans last Friday in the 600 block of Baltimore Pike.

A homeless person was sleeping on a bench Saturday in the 600 block of Baltimore Pike.

Two suspicious people were on the roof of the parking garage Sunday in the first block of South Hickory Avenue.

A purse was stolen Monday at the Macys in Harford Mall.

A cell phone was stolen at the Harford Mall Monday.

Michael Carter, 21, of the 1200 block of Brass Mill Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Dec. 29 in a case he was charged with two counts of vandalism.

Edgewood

Tracie Marie Fox, 23, of the 800 block of Windstream Way, was charged Tuesday with obstructing and hindering police and resisting arrest.

Kimberly Ann Koehler, 40, of the first block of Little Creek Lane, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault and attempted second-degree escape. She was also arrested on a bench warrant in a case she was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

A credit card was stolen Tuesday in the 1000 block of Lake Front Drive.

A vehicle was stolen Tuesday in the 1300 block of Business Center Way.

A laptop was stolen Tuesday in the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way.

A car was keyed Tuesday in the 1300 block of Charlestown Drive.
