Traffic: Accident at York and Warren roads in Balto. Co.

As of 9 a.m. Tuesday, traffic was slow around Warren Road and York Road in Baltimore County, due to an accident.

Traffic was partially blocked around Charles Street and the unit block of E. 25th Street in Charles Village, due to clean-up activity following an early morning fire.

There were no major delays reported on Baltimore area transit systems.
