Aberdeen
Damion Lee Smothers, 33, who has addresses in the 200 block of Center Deen Avenue and the 1700 block of Brookside Drive in Edgewood, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.
John Aquilla Barber, 52, of the first block of Swan Street, was charged Thursday with marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession.
John Richard Brown, 27, of the 200 block of Walnut Lane, was charged Thursday with marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession, as well as possession of a drug other than marijuana.
James Emory Chapman, 28, of the 100 block of Hawkins Drive, was charged Friday with fourth-degree burglary and trespassing. Chapman was also arrested on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with two counts of theft less than $100.
Tameka Rose Hooker, 29 of the first block of West Aztec Street, was charged Friday with fourth-degree burglary and trespassing.
Nicole Ann Houck, 27, of the 400 block of Doris Circle, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.
Amy Joy Warthen, 27, of the 1900 block of Fletcher Road, was charged Friday with conspiracy to distribute narcotics, attempt to receive drugs while detained, attempted possession of a drug other than marijuana and conspiracy to deliver drugs while detained.
Gerald Calvin Vaughn Jr., 62, of the 1900 block of Fletcher Road, was charged Friday with possession of a drug other than marijuana, possession with intent to distribute to someone in confinement, attempted distribution of narcotics and attempted delivery of drugs to someone in confinement.
Eric Clifford Ashwood Cramer, 32, of the 1400 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, was charged Saturday with drug paraphernalia possession.
Kieth Hared Sigafoose, 52, of the 2100 block of Park Beach, was charged last Thursday with driving while impaired by alcohol, driving while under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving and failure to drive on the right half of roadway when required.
Monique Farah Phelps, 22, of the 200 block of Mayberry Drive, was charged Friday with driving on a suspended registration, failure to show registration card on demand, failure to show license on demand, driving without required license and authorization and giving false name to police.

Justin Wayne Saunders, 23, of the 1800 block of Chester Way, was charged Friday with first-degree burglary, vandalism and theft less than $1,000.
Anthony Joseph Schuster, 20, of the 700 block of Beretta Way, was charged Monday with theft between $1,000 and $10,000.
