Festival of trees thanks

The Chesapeake Cancer Alliance is very appreciative of the sponsors, donors, volunteers and attendees who supported our recent fundraising event — The CCA Festival of Trees at the Bel Air Armory.

All proceeds support Upper Chesapeake Health's Cancer LifeNet programs, which provide support and services to cancer patients in Harford and Cecil counties.

The Festival owes its success to the many volunteers of the Chesapeake Cancer Alliance , local service organizations, businesses and community members who work tirelessly in support of our fundraising activities.

A special thanks to The Lutheran Church of the Good Shepard Youth Group, which ran our children's area and to the Hope Club of Bel Air High School who volunteered many hours of help.

Chesapeake Cancer Alliance is a nonprofit organization who raise funds through personal projects, major events and community donations.

This year we presented Cancer Life Net with $60,000 for their work in giving support to area cancer patients regardless of where they receive treatment.
