Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Aaron Lamar Hornstra, 34, of the first block of New County Road, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree burglary.

Corey Aaron Brown, 42, of the 900 block of South Stepney Road, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree burglary.

William Lawrence Butler, 22, of the 1000 block of Warwick Drive, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case he was charged with driving even though his license was suspended.

Maurice Edgar Hamilton III, 44, of the 200 block of Poclain Road, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Justin Lee Weese, 29, of the 200 block of South Parke Street, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case he was charged with theft less than $100.

Ryan William Burkey, 26, of the first block of South Law Street, was charged Wednesday with second-degree burglary, vandalism and theft between $10,000 and $100,000.

Warren W. Perger, 49, of the 200 block of Bush Chapel Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case he was charged with possessing an open container.

A rock was thrown through the window Tuesday in the 200 block of West Chapel Road.

Aberdeen police report:

Items were taken from a car in the first block of East Bel Air Avenue last Friday.

Underground cables were stolen in the 700 block of Aldino-Stepney Road on Tuesday.

A vehicle was broken into in the 100 block of Rigdon Road on Tuesday.

A car was broken into at Center Deen Avenue and North Post Road on Tuesday.

Abingdon

Bradley Barton Peeples, 25, of the 3100 block of Laurel View Drive, was arrested as a fugitive from justice for Pennsylvania Wednesday.

Nicholas Alessandro Rossi, 28, of the 2700 block of Singer Woods Drive, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case hew as charged with possession of a drug other than marijuana.

A case of indecent exposure was reported Tuesday at the McDonald's in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard.

There was a possible break-in Tuesday in the 600 block of Long Bar Harbor Road.

Vandalism was reported Wednesday in the 3200 block of Rock Creek Court.

Bel Air

A boy was walking down the street with his pants down Tuesday in the 200 block of Meadow Road.

A package was stolen Tuesday in the 2200 block of Byrnes Court.

A vehicle was stolen Tuesday from Kemps Automotive in the 500 block of Bynum Road.

The front window of a vehicle was smashed Tuesday in the 2200 block of Tollgate Circle.

Tools and copper piping were missing Wednesday at G & H Contracting Services in the 1300 block of Enterprise Court.

There was a possible burglary attempt Wednesday in the 200 block of Oak Valley Drive.

Churchville

Ashley Nicole Hess, 23, of the 200 block of Hopewell Road, was charged Tuesday with two counts of forging private documents, two counts of possessing forged documents, two counts of issuing a false document, theft scheme between $1,000 and $10,000, attempted theft between $1,000 and $10,000, theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and theft by identity fraud. Hess was also picked up on a bench warrant in a case she was charged with theft less than $1,000.

Darlington

Neil Edward Huss, 45, of the 4000 block of Conowingo Road, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

Edgewood

Dwayne Cecil Webb Jr., 21, of the 1800 block of Brookside Drive, was charged Tuesday with first- and second-degree assault, conspiracy to commit first- and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment.

Charmin Lezette Jacobs, 42, of the 1800 block of Brookside Drive, was charged Tuesday with first- and second-degree assault, conspiracy to commit first- and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and false imprisonment.

Vanessa L. George, 38, of the 1300 block of Clover Valley Way, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

Ryan William Vaughn, 30, of the 500 block of Freys Road, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and failure to obey a lawful police order.

There have been possible break-ins over the past few weeks at the Edgewood Senior Center in the 1000 block of Gateway Road.

Checks were stolen Wednesday in the 1900 block of Mark Drive.

People were selling drugs to juveniles Wednesday at Brookside Drive and Smallcrest Drive.

People were smoking in a vehicle Wednesday in the 1300 block of Harford Square Drive.

Fallston

A window was shattered Tuesday in the 2100 block of Givenswood Drive.

Forest Hill

Sara Rebecca Pozzuoli, 27, of the 200 block of Kimary Court, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case she was charged with driving while impaired by alcohol.

Jarrettsville

Jeffrey Lee Foard, 23, of the 4100 block of Federal Hill Road, was charged Wednesday with marijuana and paraphernalia possession.

Joppatowne

Computers and a TV were stolen Tuesday in the 600 block of Dembytown Road.

There was vandalism and theft Tuesday at Mariner Point Park in the 100 block of Kearney Drive.

There was a broken window Tuesday at Magnolia Elementary School in the 900 block of Trimble Road.
