Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Ronald Craig Feiler, 47, of the 400 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

Michael Edward Kelly, 52, of the 100 block of South Parke Street, was charged Thursday with failure to obey a lawful police order and disorderly conduct.

Damien Eugene Hebron, 30, of the 100 block of Brannan Road, was charged Thursday with marijuana possession.

Ronald Brian Comer Jr., 25, of the first block of North Post Road, was charged Saturday with driving while his license and privilege were suspended.

Rondell Raymond Lee, 21, of the first block of East Bel Air Avenue, was charged Saturday with resisting arrest, failing to obey a lawful police order, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

Rachel Marie Weese, 26, of the 500 block of Walker Street, was arrested on a bench warrant last Wednesday in a case in which she was charged with second-degree assault.

A checkbook, social security card and cash were stolen last Wednesday from a room at the Cavalier Motel in the 1100 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

There was a break-in Friday in the 500 block of North Paradise Road.

People were shooting guns Friday at South Stepney Road and Old Philadelphia Road.

Aberdeen police report:

Ryan William Burkey, 26, of the first block of South Law Street, was charged Monday with second-degree assault, trespassing and two counts of vandalism.

Craig Charles Watson, 38, of the first block of Ray Avenue, was charged Monday with stealing less than $1,000.

Someone was breaking things at Parke Apartments, in the 100 block of South Parke Street, on Thursday.

Someone tried to break in and cut the phone line in the first block of Mount Royal Avenue on Thursday.

Philip James Goetz Jr., 31, of the 300 block of Sunray Court, was charged Thursday with negligent driving, driving while impaired by alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to obey properly placed traffic instructions and failure to stop at a red signal.

Barry Albert Rivera, 31, of the 200 block of Glen View Terrace, was charged Thursday with driving without adequate rear registration plate illumination, failure to obey properly placed traffic instructions, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol, driving in violation of a restricted license requirement, failure to notify administration of change of address within 30 days, negligent driving and reckless driving.

There was a possible break-in last Wednesday in the 2800 block of Merrick Way.

Electronics were stolen from the Walmart last Wednesday in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard.

Prescription medications were stolen from a truck Friday in the 100 block of Laurel Valley Court.

People were smoking drugs in a vehicle outside BJ's Wholesale Club Friday in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard.

Bel Air

Jason Alexander Smith, 35, of the first block of Edgehill Court, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct.

Patience Costello Holmes, 27, who has addresses in the 1100 block of Jeanett Way and the first block of New Hall Court in Parkville, was arrested on a bench warrant Friday in a case in which she was charged with driving while impaired by alcohol.

There was a possible shed break-in last Wednesday in the 1500 block of Westview Court.

A purse was stolen Thursday in the 900 block of Todd Road.

A window was shot out of a work van Thursday in the 900 block of Pentwood Road.

People were setting off homemade bombs in their backyard Thursday in the 500 block of Spring Guide Court.

Shots were heard fired Thursday in the 1000 block of East MacPhail Road.

A window on a car was shattered Friday in the 200 block of East Ring Factory Road.

A vehicle was broken into Friday in the 1000 block of North Tollgate Road.

Darlington

Tina Lynn Akers, 27, of the 4200 block of Conowingo Road, was charged Friday with failing to obey a peace order.

Charles Robert Gentry, 44, and Ryan Thomas Gentry, 18, both of the 3900 block of Paddrick Road, were charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

Corey Michael Schulz, 22, of the 900 block of Alexandria Way, was charged Monday with operating a motor vehicle with someone under the age of 16 not restrained by a seatbelt.

Dublin

A window was busted out of a van Thursday at Route 440 and Deerfield Road.

Edgewood

Frank Ernest Martinez Jr., 27, of the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way, was detained last Wednesday as a fugitive from Delaware.

Herman Emmanuel Phillips, 33, of the 1400 block of St. Michaels Drive, was charged Saturday with driving without required license and authorization.

Lionel Torrence Jr., 23, of the 1400 block of Harford Square Drive, was charged Saturday with resisting arrest, failure to obey a lawful police order, disorderly conduct, marijuana possession and disturbing the peace.
