Concert series As part of its Showcase Artist Series, Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts will present the Jordan Tice Trio at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 30 at 801 Chase St. in Annapolis. 'Hands-on Mosaics' Art program with Loring Cornish will be held from 10:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, Dec. 3, at the Banneker-Douglass Museum, 84 Franklin St. in Annapolis. Cost is $5. Participants can learn what inspires the artist to create artworks made of found materials including shoes, glass, and pictures, and then create their own. Open house The Ann Arrundell County Historical Society will hold its annual "Holiday Open House" from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Dec. 3-4 at the Benson-Hammond House, 7101 Aviation Blvd. in Linthicum.
