Aberdeen

James Emory Chapman, 28, of the 100 block of Hawkins Drive, was charged Tuesday with three fourth-degree burglary, two counts of second-degree burglary and two counts of vandalism.

Sonya Nicole Risby, 20, of the first block of East Bel Air Avenue, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case she was charged with theft less than $100.

Brandon Jermal Givens, 28, of the 700 block of West Bel Air Avenue, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case he was charged with theft scheme less than $1,000 and theft less than $1,000.

Ernest Baron Mack, 25, of the first block of Aberdeen Avenue, who was being held at the Harford County Detention Center, was arrested a fugitive from Pennsylvania Wednesday.

Charlie Leslie Crouse, 42, of the 200 block of Valley Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case he was charged with second-degree assault.

A purse was taken from a table at Verizon, in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, on Wednesday.

A bicycle was stolen from the Aberdeen library, in the first block of Franklin Street, on Wednesday.

Someone tried to break in through a rear door to a home in the 700 block of Everist Drive on Wednesday.

Tires were cut on a vehicle in the first block of New County Road on Wednesday.

Bryan Hiawatha Denegal, 22, of the 3400 block of Henry Harford Drive, was charged Tuesday with marijuana possession.

Jerry Lee Ledlow Jr., 24, of the 2900 block of Strathaven Lane, was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case he was charged with driving while his license and privilege were suspended.

A patio set worth $500 was stolen Tuesday in the 3000 block of Tipton Way.

Kristen Nicole Hartner, 20, of the 600 block of Hickory Overlook Drive, was charged Wednesday with marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession and two counts of possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Credit theft more than $1,000 was reported Tuesday in the first block of North Avenue.

Carl L. Carter Jr., 20, of the 1900 block of Poole Road, was charged Tuesday with concealing a dangerous weapon.

Lorne Rebecca Neaves, 24, of the 1900 block of Glen Cove Road, was charged Tuesday with possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Five large dogs were running through the neighborhood Tuesday in the 2500 block of Shuresville Road.

Seven large black bags of garbage were dumped in a yard Wednesday in the 1900 block of Castleton Road.

Conrad C. Gaylord III, 18, of the 1900 block of Brookside Drive, was arrested on three bench warrants Tuesday and an arrest warrant in cases he was charged with driving without a license, resisting arrest, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, driving with a revoked license and privilege, identity fraud to avoid prosecution and possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Anthony Tilin Walter Williams, 21, of the 1700 block of Crimson Tree Way, was arrested on a bench warrant Monday in a case he was charged with disturbing school operation, refusing to leave a school building, theft less than $1,000, vandalism and vandalism at a school.

Christopher Bryant Ammer, 37, of the 1800 block of Emily Drive, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case he was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
