The National Weather Service is calling for Tuesday to be mostly cloudy in the Baltimore area, with a high near 69 and southwest winds of 5 to 8 miles per hour becoming northwesterly. There is a 50 percent chance of precipitation during the day and 100 percent chance at night.

Wednesday is expected to be rainy, with a high near 63 and winds becoming westerly between 7 and 10 miles per hour. The chance of precipitation is 100 percent. New rainfall amounts between three quarters of an inch and one inch are possible.

Wednesday night is expected to be cloudy, with a low around 46 and north winds between 5 and 13 miles per hour. There is a 70 percent chance of precipitation.
