Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Sherry Lynn Bienkiek, 50, of the 200 block of West Bel Air Avenue, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case she was charged with having an alcoholic beverage in a prohibited place.

Edna Constanza Scheno, 48, of the 900 block of South Stepney Road, was charged Saturday with driving with an unpaid registration fee, operating an unregistered vehicle, driving without current registration plates and validation tabs, driving while impaired by alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving and failure to stop at a stop sign line.

Johnny Thomas Henry, 32, of the 2700 block of Dock Court, was charged Saturday with driving without a seat belt, negligent driving, spinning wheels, driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol.

Sharon Lee Walls, 47, of the first block of East Bel Air Avenue, was charged Wednesday with failing to return a rental vehicle. She was also charged with using or disclosing credit card numbers, identity theft and charging another credit card less than or equal to $500.

Someone was trying to get through a patio door Tuesday in the 300 block of Heron Street.

Money was stolen from the B & T Service Center Inc. Tuesday in the 1300 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

A tire was stolen off of a trailer Wednesday in the 4900 block of Bristle Cone Circle.

Aberdeen police report:

The rear window of a van was broken in the 300 block of South Parke Street on Tuesday. It is unknown if anything was taken.

Abingdon

Credit card misuse was reported in the 2600 block of Cherry Laurel Court.

A vehicle was vandalized Tuesday in the 100 block of Singer Road.

Several cars were keyed Wednesday in the 2700 block of Singer Woods Drive.

A pit bull was running loose Wednesday on Laurentum Parkway.

Bel Air

Barbara Ann Carrier, 43, of the 1000 block of Rockspring Road, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct.

Nichole Lynn Sheats, 22, of the 1000 block of Rockspring Road, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct.

Lance Sashay Pietrzak, 24, of the first block of Alden Plead, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case where he was charged with an alcoholic beverage violation.

George Dewey Davis III, 22, of the 1400 block of Fountain Glen Drive, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault, inhibiting testimony and telephone misuse through repeated calls.

Someone poured white paint on a vehicle Tuesday in the 900 block of Gainsborough Court.

A transportation tag was stolen from the Bel Air Auto Auction Tuesday in the 800 block of Belair Road.

A vehicle fender was damaged Tuesday in the 700 block of Thomas Run Road.

There was a theft Tuesday in the 600 block of Emmy Dee Drive.

Vehicle parts were stolen Tuesday at the Bel Air Auto Auction in the 800 block of Belair Road.

Someone was stumbling around the neighborhood Wednesday in the 1500 block of Cedarwood Court.

Someone tried to steal a stop sign Wednesday in the 2000 block of Robertson Road.

Gold coins, prescription medicine and other items were stolen Wednesday in the 2100 block of Robertson Road.

Bel Air police report:

There was a theft at the Sears in the 600 block of Baltimore Pike Nov. 1.

A car was hit with a rock Nov. 1 at Moores Mill Road and Old Southampton Road.

An iPod Touch was stolen Nov. 1 from the 200 block of Crocker Drive.

A theft was reported Nov. 2 in the 500 block of West MacPhail Road.

Juveniles stole from the Weis Markets in the 500 block of West MacPhail Road on Nov. 2.

There was graffiti on a storage container Nov. 3 at the Weis Markets in the 500 block of West MacPhail Road.

Someone shoplifted at the Macy's Nov. 3 in the 600 block of Baltimore Pike.

Someone shoplifted at the Sears Nov. 3 in the 600 block of Baltimore Pike.

A patron refused to leave Looney's Pub in the 300 block of South Main Street last Friday.

Identity theft was reported Saturday in the first block of South Reed Street.

There was a theft Saturday from the Macy's in the 600 block of Baltimore Pike.

A car was keyed Sunday in the 700 block of White Oak Drive.

Credit card fraud was reported Monday in the 500 block of South Atwood Road.

A vehicle was damaged Monday in the first block of South Kelly Avenue.

Two woman stole from the Sears in the 600 block of Baltimore Pike Tuesday.

Someone stole a library card in the 100 block of East Pennsylvania Avenue, checked out music and DVDs and did not return them Wednesday.

Pamela L. Stables, 35, of the 800 block of Sleepy Hollow Court, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

Julio Herve Lamour, 25, of the 2900 block of Sewanoy Drive, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case where he was charged with marijuana possession.

Kimberly Nicole Ann Betts, 27, of the 1400 block of Saint Christopher Court, was charged Tuesday with three counts of second-degree assault.
