Marianne Ferguson Installed as 52nd President Harford County REALTORS, Inc.

Marianne Ferguson, A Realtor and branch vice president with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Harford County Regional Office, was recently installed as the 52nd president of the Harford County Association of Realtors, Inc. by Billie Landbeck, past president of the Harford County Association of Realtors and the Maryland Association of Realtors.

The installation ceremony took place during the annual membership meeting at the Richlin Ballroom in Edgewood.

Ferguson brings her 21 years of real estate experience and leadership skills to the association having earned her GRI and ABR Realtor designations and numerous certifications and countless specialized real estate training hours since 1990.

Ferguson has been recognized as Rookie of the Year and Top sales Agent in her precedent office and was awarded the Distinguished Sales Associate of the Year Award in 2008 for the Harford County Association of Realtors.

Ferguson has served as an officer and director with the Million Dollar Realtors Association of Harford County and the Harford County Association of Realtors over the past several years and graduated from the Maryland Association of Realtors Leadership Academy in 2010 with the honor of receiving the prestigious W.H.C. Wilson Award.

Ferguson has served on the Maryland Association of Realtors PR/Communications Committee, Leadership Academy Committee and as a director for MAR and Mid-Atlantic Realty Services.

Ferguson has shared her knowledge and experience with Realtors through teaching educational classes and training sessions since 2005 for new and experienced Realtors. She is a strong contributor to the Realtor Political Action Committee and is active in the political arena to help protect private property rights and Realtors' business practices on the local, state and national levels.

Ferguson is a resident of Harford County with her husband Realtor Frank Ferguson and two daughters. She is active with community associations and charities including SARC, Habitat and the Coldwell Banker CARES Foundation. She enjoys boating, gardening, interior decorating and the real estate business.
