Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Pierre Darrel Butler, 24, of the 600 block of Pine Lane, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault and vandalism worth $500.

Norman Alan Bakely, 33, of the 1400 block of Pulaski Highway, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case where he was charged with second-degree assault.

Richard Arthur Coss, 34, of the 700 block of Everest Drive, was charged Tuesday with distribution of narcotics, narcotics possession with intent to distribute and possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Thomas A. Tuleck, 54, of the first block of Aberdeen Avenue, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case in which he was charged with storing trash on a property.

Adam Martin O'Loughlin, 20, of the 200 block of Poclain Road, was charged Wednesday with two counts of possession of a drug other than marijuana and two counts of narcotics possession with intent to distribute.

Scott Philip Wiles, 39, of the 200 block of Bush Chapel Road, was charged Wednesday with a firearms charge, theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and rifle or shotgun possession with a felony conviction.

There was a rabid fox in the 500 block of North Paradise Road Tuesday.

A phone was stolen Wednesday in the 700 block of Gilbert Road.

Aberdeen police report:

An ID and bank card were stolen Saturday from a vehicle in the 600 block of South Law Street.

Money was stolen Saturday from a room at the Clarion Hotel in the 900 block of Hospitality Way.

Someone slashed tires and poured sugar in the gas tank of a vehicle Monday at Cook Motor Cars in the 1000 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

A vehicle in the 600 block of Elm Street was vandalized Monday.

A fake prescription was turned into Rite Aid in the 1000 block of Beards Hill Road on Tuesday.

Abingdon

Amy Denise Phillips, 39, of the 300 block of Sunray Court, was charged Tuesday in a Baltimore County case with writing a bad check of less than $500.

There was a possible break-in Tuesday in the 1100 block of Splashing Brook Drive.

A vehicle was vandalized Tuesday in the 400 block of Oakton Way.

A vehicle window was broken Tuesday in the 300 block of Delmar Court.

An Xbox, Macbook and change were stolen from an apartment Tuesday in the 3600 block of Woodsdale Road.

Someone stole from the BJ's Wholesale Club Wednesday in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard.

Two scooters were stolen Wednesday at Westover Lane and Howell Court.

Bel Air

Randall Bryon Oliver, 50, of the 500 block of Summervale Court, was charged Tuesday with several zoning violations in connection with five untagged vehicles on his property, including accessory use without a certificate, having a lawn service in an agriculture district, having a commercial vehicle in an agriculture district and four counts of having something on a property that isn't a permitted use in that district.

Eric John Britton, also known as Eric John Briton, 36, of the 600 block of Rock Spring Road, was charged Wednesday with driving while his license was suspended. Britton was also arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case he was charged with theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Mauricio Dominguez Gonzalez, 23, of the 900 block of Ridgewood Road, was charged Wednesday with driving at a speed exceeding the limit and driving without required license and authorization.

Jayson Evan Atkins, 31, of the 100 block of Oak Moore Court, was charged Wednesday with possessing or issuing forged currency and possession of a drug other than marijuana.

A rock hit a vehicle Tuesday at East MacPhail and Brierhill Drive.

A Bel Air Police Department's vehicle was paint balled Tuesday at East MacPhail Road and Brierhill Drive.

Someone broke a car's tail light Tuesday in the 900 block of Pentwood Road.

Tires were slashed Tuesday in the 1200 block of Athens Court.

A sheriff's office car was hit by a rock Tuesday at Old Southampton Road and Moores Mill Road.

A vehicle in the 2200 block of Candice's Choice Court was stolen Wednesday.

A golf ball went through the rear window of a car Wednesday in the 1500 block of Foxborough Drive.

Metal was stolen Wednesday in the 1800 block of Ridge Road.

Juveniles were trying to set a picnic table on fire Wednesday at Kidwell Lane and Centreville Way.

Two Bel Air Police Department vehicles were shot at with pellet guns Monday.

James Ellenburg, 53, of the 1800 block of Castleton Road, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

Edgewood

Joseph Bruce Hinson, 32, of the 100 block of Edgewood Road, was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree assault.

Chelsea L. Childers, 20, of the 700 block of Stanford Court, was charged Tuesday with failure to comply with a peace order, fourth-degree burglary, theft less than $100 and vandalism worth $500.
