Taylor Nichole Guido, 18, of the 4100 block of Madonna Road, was charged Thursday with theft scheme between $10,000 and $100,000 and theft scheme between $1,000 and $10,000.

A fence was damaged Monday in the 3700 block of Jarrettsville Pike.

Marvin Ernest Harris Jr., 48, of the 400 block of Larkspur Drive was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case where he was charged with driving while his license was suspended.

Darren Lee Davis, 43, of the 2100 block of Singer Road, was charged Friday with distribution of narcotics and conspiracy to distribute narcotics.

Edmund Kevin Robert Smith Jr., 32, of the 500 block of Cider Press Court, was charged Friday with possession of illegal prescriptions with intent to distribute, possession of narcotics with intent to distribute and conspiracy to distribute narcotics.

Edward Vance Baker Jr., 40, of the 300 block of Sweetbriar Court, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol, failure to display registration card on demand, obstructing a roadway and operating a vehicle with someone under the age of 16 not wearing a seat belt.

Lyndsay Elizabeth Deigert, 24, of the 1500 block of Alexis Drive, was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and three counts of possession of a drug other than marijuana.

A man was urinating near a playground Thursday in the 1000 block of Plaza Circle.

Someone stole from a shed Friday in the 1200 block of Old Mountain Road.

Julius Demetris Alexander, 31, of the 1500 block of Williams Avenue in Essex, was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case where he was charged with first-degree burglary, second-degree assault, vandalism more than $500, unauthorized removal of property and four counts of theft less than $500.

Jonathan Eugene Hammond, 21, of the first block of West Hillview Avenue in New Castle, De., was arrested on a bench warrant Thursday in a case he was charged with driving while his out-of-state license was revoked.

Dana Michelle Carter, 23, of the 5900 block of Glennor Road in Baltimore, was charged Thursday with conspiracy to commit theft less than $1,000.

Renee Savage, 50, of the first block of Schooner Bay Court in Baltimore, was charged Friday with writing a bad check of $500 or more.

Harvey Joseph Brady, 45, who has addresses in the 7000 block of Dutts Lane in Elkridge and the 3100 block of Cambridge Drive in Baltimore, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol, negligent driving, reckless driving, failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions and failure to stop after an accident involving property damage.

Christopher Dante Freeman, 26, of the 1000 block of Paso Hondo in San Antonio, Texas, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol and speeding.

Corey L. Grant, who is 35 today (Wednesday), of the 1000 block of Mill Pond Road in Varnville, S.C., was charged last Wednesday with having a handgun in the vehicle, having a handgun on his person and possessing a firearm while being convicted of a felony. Caprina L. Williams-Grant, 41, also of the 1000 block of Mill Pond Road in Varnville, S.C., was charged with having a handgun in the vehicle and a handgun on her person.

Kyle Nathan Alexander Kirby, 23, of the first block of Starwood Court in Middle River, was charged last Wednesday with possession of marijuana.

Svenn John Floystad II, 26, of the 1000 block of Sussex Road, was charged last Wednesday with possession of marijuana.

Christopher Maurice McNeal Jr., 19, of the 100 block of East Cecil Avenue in North East, was arrested on a bench warrant Monday in a case where he was charged with possession of marijuana.
