The Harford County Sheriff's Office and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Gerald Calvin Vaughn Jr., 62, of the 1900 block of Fletcher Road, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

Jonathan Alexander Meerdink, 31, of the 700 block of Everist Drive, was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Jacquan R. Purvis, also known as Jacquan R. Pervis, 29, who has addresses in the 1100 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard and the 1200 block of West North Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault and possessing a dangerous weapon with intent to injure.

Between $1,000 and $10,000 was stolen from a wallet and credit card Thursday in the 200 block of Engle Avenue.

A propane tank was stolen Friday in the 1800 block of Tower Road.

Coins were stolen from a house Sunday in the 700 block of Carsins Run Road.

Aberdeen police report:

A woman in the first block of Norman Avenue said her son threw a knife at her Friday.

A window was broken in a room at the Budget Inn, in the 1000 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, on Friday.

A scooter was stolen from the Eagle's Nest in the Aberdeen Shopping Plaza Friday.

A shed was broken into in the 200 block of Baltimore Street on Friday.

Items were stolen from a home in the 300 block of Center Deen Avenue on Friday.

An iPod was stolen at Aberdeen High School Thursday.

A man was stealing games from Walmart, in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, on Thursday.

Abingdon

Stephen Antonio Kelley, 33, of the 3300 block of Shrewsbury Road, was charged Friday with conspiracy to distribute narcotics.

Leslie Ann Okeeffe, 53, of the 2900 block of Ruskin Court, was arrested Saturday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol and driving with alcohol in her blood in violation of a restriction.

Darnette J. Virden, 21, of the first block of Allison Way, was charged Saturday with theft less than $100.

A shoplifter was apprehended Thursday in the first block of Wegmans Boulevard.

Juveniles were walking around with eggs Sunday in the 3400 block of Clairborne Way.

Someone stole from the Walmart in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard Saturday.

There was a possible break-in Sunday in the 2900 block of Dumbarton Drive.

A bottle was thrown at a windshield Monday at Dumbarton Drive and Hastings Court.

Bel Air

Stacey Cordell Hayes, 38, of the 100 block of Alice Anne Street, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case that Hayes was charged with driving while license and privilege were suspended, driving while license and privilege were revoked, driving with a suspended registration and driving without required license and privilege.

Joshua James Baldwin, 34, of the 700 block of Thomas Run Road, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

William Robert Rossi, 30, of the 1300 block of Beckett Court, was charged Sunday with driving while impaired by drugs.

Brandon Hammond, 21, of the 1300 block of Allenby Court, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol, reckless, failure to control vehicle speed to avoid collision, failure to reduce speed in dangerous weather, failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions and negligent driving in a careless and prudent manner endangering property, life and person.

Joseph P. Assero, 34, of the 2200 block of Chequers Court, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault, theft less than $1,000 and resisting arrest.

Randy Citro, 27, of the 100 block of South Main Street, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and a drug other than marijuana and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nicholas Jerome Vaccarino, 24, who has addresses in the 1200 block of Georgetown Drive and the first block of North Philadelphia Road in Joppatowne, was arrested on a bench warrant Monday in a case in which he was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Erika Brandt, 22, of the 1200 block of North Tollgate Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Monday in a case in which she was charged with possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Stephen Joseph Zinner, 25, of the 900 block of Jessica's Lane, was arrested on a bench warrant Monday in a case in which he was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

A dealer license plate was stolen Thursday from the Bel Air Auto Auction in the 800 block of Belair Road.

A vehicle was possibly casing the area Thursday in the 1500 block of Sunningdale Way.

Ice cream was stolen Thursday from the Royal Farms in the 1600 block of Churchville Road.

Change was stolen from a vehicle Friday in the 1400 block of Eastbourne Court.

A vehicle was stolen Friday in the 1300 block of Gibbs Court.

A GPS was stolen from a vehicle Friday in the 1300 block of London Court.
