Both the afternoon session and an evening session, which convenes at 7:30 p.m., will begin with a public forum, when members of the public may address the board on any topic other than those for which a formal public hearing process exists. Concert series The Unitarian Universalist Chalice Concert Series will present a piano recital to celebrate the 200th birthday of composer Franz Liszt at 8 p.m. at the Owen Brown Interfaith Center, 7246 Cradlerock Way. Regional and international pianists will join artistic director Michael Adcock in a program highlighting Liszt's musical contributions.
