Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Jacob Michael Seaman, 24, of the first block of Spesutia Road, who is being held at the Harford County Detention Center, was charged Friday with possession of a drug other than marijuana, possession of contraband in a place of confinement and possession of controlled dangerous substances while detained.

Roberta Washington Johnson, 34, of the 200 block of Perrywood Court, who is being held at the Harford County Detention Center, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

Raymond Maurice Oneill, 31, of the 700 block of Old Philadelphia Road, was charged Saturday with possession of a drug other than marijuana, possession of drug packaging materials, driving with an expired license, driving a rented motor vehicle in violation of the rental agreement and driving at a speed exceeding the limit.

Darrell Allen Broadwater Jr., 23, who has addresses in the 100 block of Post Road and first block of Tenneck Court in Lutherville, was charged Sunday with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, theft less than $1,000 and unlawful removal of property.

Jamie Thomas Kraus, 33, of the 1500 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, was charged Sunday with removing a prescription label.

Jerome Jerry Jones, 31, of the 600 block of Walker Street, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

Michael Anthony Mack, 44, of the 200 block of Mayberry Drive, was arrested Monday in a case he was charged with possession of marijuana.

Bryant Wyche, 47, of the 400 block of Holly Drive, was arrested Monday in a case he was charged with alcohol beverage intoxication.

Megan Nicole Murphy, 29, of the 900 block of Gilbert Road, was charged Monday with theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Jacob Michael Nelson, 24, of the first block of Locust Place, was charged Monday with possessing a suspended license, driving even though his license had been suspended and driving with someone under age 16 who was not restrained by a seat belt.

Helen Gilkes-Barksdale, 36, of the 500 block of Twin Leaf Drive, was charged Friday with driving even though her license had been suspended, failure to display a registration card on demand, driving in excess of a reasonable speed and driving at a speed exceeding the limit.

Property valued between $10,000 and $100,000 was stolen Thursday at the Clorox plant site in the 500 block of Old Post Road.

Credit card fraud was reported Thursday in the 400 block of South Law Street.

Someone stole a purse and keys out of a vehicle Friday in the 200 block of Mayberry Drive.

A passenger side vehicle window was broken Friday in the 500 block of Seven Trails Drive.

Someone was trespassing and possibly had a gun for hunting Friday at Route 22 and Technology Drive.

Tools valued at less than $1,000 were stolen Friday in the 700 block of Gilbert Road.

A truck was stolen Saturday in the 5000 block of Bristle Cone Circle.

There was a break in at the St. George Episcopal Church in the 1500 block of Perryman Road within the last few days.

Someone shattered windows in a building in the 500 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard on Thursday.

Someone broke into the utility room in the 500 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard on Saturday.

A back window was broken out in the first block of Swan Street on Sunday.

Someone stole items from an apartment in the first block of Lincoln Avenue on Sunday.

Someone broke into a vehicle and took welding material in the first block of Aberdeen Avenue on Sunday.

A lawn mower was taken out of a garage in the 100 block of South Law Street on Monday.

Someone stole a wallet in the first block of Lincoln Avenue on Monday.

Sheriff's deputies and state police report:

Abingdon

George Alan Anderson, 36, of the 3400 block of Howell Court, was detained as a fugitive from Virginia Monday.

Joshua Brandon Dail, 24, of the 2500 block of Red Maple Drive, was charged Monday with violating a protective order. Dail was also detained as a fugitive from Pennsylvania.

A theft between $1,000 and $10,000 in the 100 block of Bata Boulevard was reported to the Sheriff's Office Southern Precinct Thursday.

Someone drove through a front yard headed toward Belcamp and was driving impaired Thursday in the 400 block of Abbey Circle.

Juveniles were fighting in a William S. James Elementary School field Thursday.

Someone received a text message Friday about a gun in the theater at Regal Cinemas in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard.

Vandalism was reported Friday in the 500 block of Kirkcaldy Way.

Someone stole an external hard drive Friday at SAIC in the 3400 block of Box Hill Corporate Center Drive.

A dog was chasing kids Friday in the 1700 block of Shirley Avenue.

Someone vandalized a vehicle Saturday in the 3700 block of Wolf Trail Drive.

Someone shattered a glass door Saturday in the 3600 block of Skipjack Court.

Identity theft was reported Saturday in the 100 block of Glen View Terrace.

A shotgun was stolen Saturday from a residence in the 300 block of Amy Drive.
