Benefit run/walk The Columbia Association hosts the Monster Dash 5K Run/1-Mile Walk to benefit the Coalition for a Healthy Maryland. Event takes place from 8:30 a.m. to noon at Hopewell Pool, 9200 Rustling Leaf in Columbia. After the race, there will be refreshments, door prizes, music and a costume contest for participants and their families.
