The Harford County Sheriff's Office and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Kayla Danielle Gray, 18, of the 3400 block of Churchville Road, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana.

Charles Augustus Foley, 49, of the 3800 block of W. Chapel Road, was charged Saturday with driving 15 miles per hour over the speed limit and failure to display license to uniformed police on demand.

A pit bull attacked a cat Friday in the 3400 block of Howell Court.

Kids were reported riding mini bikes in the road at James Run Road Friday.

A blue sport utility vehicle was reported as having stolen merchandise in the 200 block of N. Philadelphia Boulevard Friday.

A back door was reported smashed in Monday in the 1900 block of Perryman Road.

Aberdeen police report:

A tenant stole medicine from another tenant at the Economy Inn, in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, on Friday.

A Dodge Caravan in the 300 block of Farm Lane was broken into and had items stolen out of it Friday.

Someone was trespassing at Walmart, in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, on Friday.

Two boat trailers were stolen from the first block of Defense Drive on Friday.

Someone tried to give a false prescription for oxycodone at Walgreens, in the 900 block of Beards Hill Road, on Friday.

A garage was broken into in the 600 block of South Rogers Street on Saturday.

A car crashed into the Budget Inn Motel, in the 1000 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, on Sunday. No one was injured.

A wreath and topiary were stolen from the 200 block of South Rogers Street on Sunday.

Someone broke into a building in the first block of Mitchell Avenue and took items on Sunday.

Welding lead was stolen from a vehicle at the Holiday Inn, in the 1000 block of Beards Hill Road, on Monday.

Two men tried to break into a vehicle in the 200 block of Graceford Drive on Monday.

Someone cut the windows in a Jeep and stole items in the 100 block of Mount Royal Avenue on Monday.

A DVD system, TVs and other items were taken from a Ford Explorer in the 600 block of Burkley Avenue on Monday.

Someone stole an old card and used it for the water bill in the 600 block of Shirley Drive on Monday.

House keys were taken from a locker at Aberdeen High School on Monday.

An MP3 player was stolen from the Aberdeen library, in the first block of Franklin Street, on Monday.

Money was taken from a car at La Quinta Inn, in the 700 block of West Bel Air Avenue, on Monday.

Someone threw a trash can at a house in the 100 block of West Aztec Street on Monday.

Abingdon

Charles Justin Roberts, 28, of the 100 block of Kipling Court, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault, having a dangerous weapon with intent to injure, disorderly conduct and trespassing on private property.

Thomas Daniel Gallagher, 18, of the first block of Boxthorn Road, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct, failure to obey a lawful order and resisting arrest.

Rocks were being thrown at people Sunday at Wegmans.

Balls were being thrown off the I-95 overpass Saturday at Abingdon Road.

A vehicle was vandalized Saturday in the 3700 block of Federal Lane.

A gang fight with people using sticks was reported Saturday at South Tollgate Road and Fullerton Place.

Solar lights were stolen Saturday from the 200 block of Ferring Court.

A box of bullets was found Sunday in the 200 block of Maple Wreath Court.

A man was trying on woman's jewelry at a business in the 3400 block of Emmorton Road Friday.

A naked man was walking around the Walmart parking lot, in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard, Friday.

A car was driving back and forth through the parking lot Friday in the 3400 block of Emmorton Road.

A suspicious person was reported walking by a house window Monday in the 3000 block of Tiffany Trail.

A rifle was stolen Monday in the 300 block of Forsythia Drive.

Bel Air

Joseph Walter Lynch Jr., 25, of the 300 block of Maitland Drive, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving with an out-of-state suspended license. Lynch was also arrested on another bench warrant the same day.

Daniel Joseph Geoghegan, 47, of the 100 block of S. Kelly Avenue, was charged Saturday with theft less than $100.

A bike was stolen Saturday from the 600 block of Weatherby Road.

A mother picked up her daughter from a party Friday in the 200 block of Mary Jane Lane where her daughter was provided alcohol.

Juveniles were being loud Friday at Vanguard Way and Jeffrey Terrace.

Someone was trespassing Sunday in the 900 block of Chase Court.

Someone was revving a car and racing it through the neighborhood in the 1000 block of Hazel Lane.

Two men in the 200 block of Burkwood Court climbed onto a second story balcony Friday.

People were shooting paint balls at cars at East MacPhail Road and Brierhill Drive Friday.

Juveniles were sitting in a car for four hours since 12:30 a.m. at the 1500 block of Sunswept Drive on Friday.
